I guess, it was the hammer. And one of the scummier ones in recent mafiascum history, too.
Overall, that was an incredibely lazy day. With the distraction gone, I strongly hope, tomorrow will be more useful and especially more active.
Jackalope, now would be the ideal time to get out your last words, suspects, etc, if you're town or subtly hint at your buddies if you're scum.- TheJakalope

We seem to be missing the flavour, but we know this much:

It is now night 1. All actions should be sent to both JMJ and us, just in case.Last edited by jmj3000 on Fri Apr 15, 2011 5:12 pm, edited 1 time in total.._.

First and foremost, thank you Reckamonic for stepping in for me. As to why I suddenly vanished, AT&T cut the internet off at the house, and I have been trying to get it cut back on. From what they say, it should be back on tomorrow. I am at a friend's house and on their computer, so I can clear everything up. I will be putting flavor in at a later point. Apologies to everyone for not being here.Looking for experienced designers to help me design, a sequel to my Nintendo Mafia game!SONY MAFIA

While the computer was in sleep mode, you all dreamed about the innocent you forcibly deleted yesterday. Suddenly, there was a bright flash. You all wake up, and are blinded for the rest of the night. When the computer comes out of sleep mode, you check the recycle bin for any new bodies, but surprisingly, there are none. With grim determination, you all start deliberating again.
It is now Day 2. With 19 alive, it takes 10 to lynch. Deadline is May 5th at 10:30 AM EDT.

I'm baaaaaccccckkkk.
And I'm ready to catch some scumbags.
Welcome everyone in the game and especially glad to see the following players again: The Master Hand (Andrius's side), esuriospiritus, mb53, Dekes, Espeonage, and danakillsu (RedCoyote as well if Vanillaside counts, even thought I was dead by the time he replaced in). I've read the game, but I'm in the process of making a big post. Expect it sometimes today or tomorrow, hopefully today.- thil13

As promised, this is my first content post.
@danakillsu: How are the people outside of the wagon scummier then the ones outside of the wagon? The majority of my scum reads (Tragedy being the only exception) are on the wagon and I see no reason why we should not give the voters some deserved pressure.
Bandwagon Analysis:
A lot of scums can be found from this wagon, so it's worth a vote count analysis. From towniest to scummiest, my opinion on player's entrance onto the wagon:
lewarcher82:The way he joined and pushed the wagon reads town to me. His content level is generally townie and has shown to be very helpful in finding scums. He also paid a decent amount of attention to his other suspects like Espeonage and Tragedy, showing that he is actually scum hunting and not just harping on one person constantly.
GhostWriter:I also see town motivation for his push on the Lelouch's lynch. His attack on Lelouch is something I expect from town, coming up with original, well-supported (Concise) points against him and shows genuine suspicion on him while not going to extreme that would indicate scum pushing for a VI lynch for either for a more enjoyable game or to gain town points.
crazypiantist1116:Doesn't say much about his suspicion on Lelouch, but he did at least provide some genuine reasons for suspecting him and personally, the tone speaks out to me as town. Leans slightly town to me.
Ashblade/Xtoxm:Not really much to go on. Doesn't really elaborate on them much, although does provide reasoning for why he suspected Lelouch and eventually voting him. This has me confused on his alignment, although him calling out The Master Hand's comparitively abrassive way of pushing Lelouch's lynch is a very good call, which has me leaning slightly town on his postition on the bandwagon.
esuriospiritus:This one is a tough one. On the one hand, the tunneling bothers me because she spent a huge amount of time toward Lelouch and paid little attention towards others (Only mentioning other people as a side), but tunneling doesn't exactly tell the entire story. For one, the posts don't indicate crapscum all that much. There's a lot of things I agree that was scummy about Lelouch and would still agree had I been in the game earlier and unlike others, she was consistent with her thoughts and consistently pilling down evidence that point toward Lelouch being scum. I just think that the amount of time she put toward Lelouch's lynch wagon makes it hard for me to read her as town, so I'm not sure what to think of her.
CSL/Ythan:CSL's vote on Leloud was opportunistic, parrots what other people said, and makes himself hypocritical by the fact that his vote can be consideredeven moreopportunistic then Lelouch's. Lelouch's first post was just trying to get the game started, CSL's is jumping on a wagon and trying to hide himself by being early. Ythan doesn't really say much, only said that Jackalope was suspicious. Leaning scum for now, thought it is not solidfied.
danakillsu:Both mb53 and GhostWriter sums up my thoughts on ISO #1. As for his position in the wagon, dana's play around it makes me suspicious of his play. Mostly all he did was basically say "Yeah, Lelouch is scum, lynch him!" and attacked Espeonage, which gives me the perception that he's trying to fit into the wagon without much scrunity, a good sign of scum. He had many opportunities to show what he thought of the game aside from Lelouch, but did not come to the occasion of any. Based off that, not liking him very much.
Pinky and the Brain:The flip-flopping on the hydra opinion on Lelouch doesn't read well to me. One day, they think Lelouch is scum, others, they have a town read on them. To me, this reads as passive scum trying to decide between defending the lynchwagon or join in. The vote on Jackalope on ISO #10 especially reads as scummy because based off previous posts, he has more meat in his Tragedy case then his Jackalope case, yet votes for Jackalope instead. Based off what I've seen, I can see them-scum trying to fit in the wagon late to avoid scrunity from other players for not getting involved.
Lucersia:As said before, this hammer is very scummy and weakens the town in the long run. I'd like for him to explain why it was a good idea NOT to wait for two more replacements to come in and to say something regarding the game. It really doesn't help that he said absolutely nothing regarding the game aside from Lelouch.
RedCoyote:Not liking his play in this game. First off, how he supports his vote on Leloud. It's not his sudden turnaround that alarm me (It's not really a contradiction), but that he doesn't really much of a support for his lynch, which gives me the gut feeling that he-scum is trying to cruise along the bandwagon to not get noticed by the town. As a matter of fact, he doesn't really put forth much of an effort into the game at all, which is surprising, considering that checking his recently finished games, he is much more engaged and active in them then in this game, which also suggests that he's active lurking for similar reasons. Only ISO #1 actually provides decent contents to the game that benefits town, rest contains him defending his vote on Lelouch (ISO #2), and one liners (A la ISO #4 and #5). As of now, he stands a pretty decent chance of flipping scum, both play-wise and gut-wise.
The Master Hand:Best lynch for today and for many reasons regarding the Leloud's wagon. First on the wagon and based off how they pushed it, I see only scum motivation. There first post on him (ISO #2), makes it as the post was much scummier then it really is, accusing him of opportunistically voting him. The problem with this is that I don't see how Leloud VI Britannica first post was opportunistic by any teams, if anything, it has pro-town motivation. And saying "he's most likely scum" at this early in the game shows that they're grasping for anything to cement Leloud as most likely scum, even thought there's not enough evidence at Pg. 2 to accurately determine whenever or not a person is scum. There explanation at ISO #5 does nothing to faze the scumminess of the previous post.
There attack on Leloud slowly but surely degenerates into "I WANT THIS GUY GONE AND OUT OF MY SITE!" and gets to the point where it seems they priorize that more then scum hunting. They even gets hypocritically immature and thinks it's okay to posts "FUCK YOU!" pictures, but yet a post before, moans about how he (Andrius) has such a problem with VI's. Their behavior cement my view that he's probable scum looking for an easy lynch and will not stop until he is gone.
ISO #18 and #20 are very scummy. Not only is it wrong to assume that it's a scum claim to not want to hammer Leloud, this is also what a scum would do: Call for a hammer on Leloud/Jackalope before Jackalope had a chance of defending himself. This would provide The Master Hand-scum with the opportunity to blame someone else for the lack of information on other players and cut the game even shorter then ever while not taking any of the blame just because they is first.
Calling people scum just because they won't hammer before everyone gets back in the game and have the opportunity to get their thoughts out is not scummy, neither is replacing out for personal reason, but according to The Master Hand's ISO #23, if you aren't all about lynching Leloud/Jackalope immediately, you are scum. Neither reasons make any sense to me whatsoever, especially since Leloud VI Britannica flipped town.
Eventually, they stop focusing on other players and totally tunnel him. I hear "LYNCH, LYNCH, LYNCH NOW!" much more then I do contents from them. These are types of plays I expect from frustrated scum looking for an easy lynch rather then frustrated town trying to deal with a VI. The lack of original contents against other players shows that they were more concern with getting a VI lynched then a scum lynched. With his behavior toward Lelouch and his hypocritically immature behavior that makes him even more scummier, he makes the top of my lynch list for today, and is surely the scummiest person in the bandwagon.
Outside of the wagon, Tragedy ranks #2 in my scum list and the scummiest out of the non-Lelouch wagoners. First off, I really did not like her push on lewarcher82. The attack was bogus at best and even strawman her attack on him. The two votes she made, DBE and thil13, sucked. Former was okay for RVS, but I don't like that despite participating in the game in a serious way, she still kept her RVS vote without supporting why she thought the person was scum, even thought she could have made a more serious vote. The attacks, as a result, feels very fake and formulated instead of scum hunting other people. When she finally made a serious vote, it was made because thil needed to post more, which is a really weak reason on it's own. I also don't like how she mentions her other suspects, yet does not go to explain why they are scum (RedCoyote and CSL/Ythan in particular). Finally, she parrots quite a bit and the original thoughts she does provide are more likely to be seen out of scum then town. If a Master Hand lynch doesn't get going, this is also a good lynch.
As for others, I'm not sure on. There's a few I'm leaning town on, but most of them filters scummy and townie parts almost equally, making it difficult for me to decide whenever or not they're scum.
Summerization:
Reading through the game, I have six suspects.
My biggest one is The Master Hand. His push on the Lelouch's wagon is enough for me to place my vote on him. Other good lynches for today are Tragedy and RedCoyote. I would also be okay if the town went with Lucersia, Pinky and the Brain, and danakillsu dying as well.
I was not impressed with the Lelouch's wagon at all. I see many scummy motivations, especially from the following players I listed above, and the wagon looked more like a "Lynch the VI and not get called out for!" then an actual scum wagon. There are only two players in the wagon that I believe that more likely then not have pro-town motivations for supporting the wagon, lewarcher82 and GhostWriter. crazypiantist1116, Xtoxm, esuriospiritus, and to a lesser extend, Ythan, I am undecided on. In contrast with non-supporters, the only scum read I have that was not on the wagon was Tragedy, which is due to her independent gameplay.
I can also agree with others that Day 1 was horrible. It was very unorganized, had no proper structure, Lelouch was absymal, and it insults everyone who was trying to play fairly and especially to the mod. Let's not repeat this today, for the sake of all of us.
Vote: The Master Hand

Wild SSBF appeared!
SSBF uses WALLPOST!
It's super effective! esuriospiritus fainted!
But no, seriously, I'm seeing a very high amount of bullshit and fluff in that thar post. Which is marginally alleviated by the fact that I seem to vaguely remember that being your posting style. But srsly. no moar walls plz. <3
And then there was that part where DTMaster, who SSBF replaced, wasn't reading the game and thus didn't know why Dekes was a SUPEROBVCONFIRMEDTOWNIE and voted him while putting out some stupid reason for saying he was scum which was so bad it apparently isn't even worth me remembering. ell oh fuckin' ell.
So SSBF/DTMaster-slot is still a probable scum.
CSL/Ythan-slot and Tragedy are worse, though.
Espeonage wagon is ehhhhhhh. His vote on me was more ehhhhhh but I think in hindsight it was more likely with the right intentions than not. But I was far, far too lazy/bothered by Lelouch to bother re-reading, so take that with a grain of salt.
I don't think TMH is a good lynch. I think TMH got a little carried away with his eagerness to policy lynch, but the way in which it happened I see as a town thing. I can't really explain why (I tried, and ended up rambling for like 3 paragraphs); it's kind of a gut thing. I'll definitely be keeping an eye on the slot though.
Side note: Lack of night kills probably means we only have one scum team, and probably do not have an SK. Just puttin' that out there. - esuriospiritus
