@esurio: dunno about the others, but this is what I think about dana. I used to think he was scummy, basically for the reasons discussed since the beginning of day 2. I then liked his iso 32, but his ISO 35 is back to usual scumminess. He is a viable lynch. But after TWO damn wagons grew and colapsed, I still think that espeo/pine lynch would not only dispose of one scum, but also provide us with interesting information about the counterwagons.
I fail to see why the people voting thill don't understand this simple fact. And the reason I fail to see it is that they won't tell.
well, anyway, pine said he is caught up. let's listen to his catch up post and then we will see."Vote lewarcher82.

It suprises me that you claim to have just finished re-reading, and yet you feel compelled to say this. I'm not one to blow my own trumpet (usually), but I do think that I have been one of the more pro-active case-makers.
(I am also in a similar boat to Toasty, as I'm quite sure Twistedspoon is deliberately ignoring this thread/the hydra QT now.)

The reason we don't understand the simple fact of resulting information being interesting may be that you're not really saying anything at all by calling it 'interesting'.

Remember your vote on my Day 1? Yeah....P&tB wrote:Your post suggests you believe I have a history of trying to find scummy things in things that aren't scummy. Y/N?
Yes, my scum reads are puuurrty much the same as before.
I assumed I would be asked on what I thought of the wagon that is gaining speed. I said what I thought of it before I was asked. Also, I wanted to point out that my read changed (no longer town).GW wrote:I read RC as pointing out MB's need to repeatedly point out null reads and almost stress the fact that they're null. Giving a null read is barely better than saying nothing at all. Adding details on why it's null rarely helps.
Also, saying someone is null isn't scummy either.
@chkflip's recent posts.
Wait what?... Ok ok. You FoS Ythan. Then hohum says that he doesn't like your post, and ythan isn't posting filler. You think he meant you were posting filler, so you ask how casting suspicion is filler. Now you are trying to claim it is a joke? Caught in bullshit, claim it's mud, told it stinks, insist it's mud, declare conversation over in a fit of rage to mask the smell.
That's what I just saw.
Also, Dekes didn't point out anything. Dekes was announcing that he was also prod-dodging. You know, cause that'd explain why he followed it up with an explanation on why he was prod-dodging.- RedCoyote

Kdub, hohum, mb, and Bunny: It's increasingly looking like two major wagons are forming with a little more than a week until the deadline. You four should start considering what you like and dislike about these wagons, because you guys are the swing votes that will be making the decision if nothing changes soon.- lewarcher82

@pinky: huh, it didn't lookso hard to understand. When I say information, I basically mean this:
wagons on espeo/pine grow and collapse due to the lurking of the player who occupies the spot. At the same time, other wagons grow and get other players lynched. This happened on day 2 and will probably happen this day as well. Since scum has daytalk, we may assume that they are coordinating their play bettern than in other games. Therefore, if we lynch pine and he flips scum, we will have a lot of material to work on, starting from the very way the counter wagons started and developped."Vote lewarcher82.

I've already said that I don't want to lynch Pine. A week until deadline is still a fair amount of time.
I'm still most in favor of either a dana or GW lynch.

danakillsu wrote:Tragedy wrote:Mb53. Don't make me think that you find me suspicious in every game we play with each other.
This is a bit disappointing, as I will mostly turn out town most of the time anyways.
When will the CASE be ready?
I really don't like this post. It's like Tragedy's trying to remind people that chances are that she's town, as if we didn't know that already. It reads like overconfident scum to me.FoS: Tragedy
This is a strange reason to suspect Tragedy, especially coming as it does when the Tragedy wagon is gaining steam. What is overconfident about that post? It looks like nothing to me.
danakillsu wrote:KILL THE AWFUL VT (I THINK IT'S VT ANYWAY) CLAIM! IT DOESN'T EVEN MAKE ANY SENSE TO ME! HE HAS A POWER THAT DOESN'T EXIST BUT HE HAS NO POWER? WHAT IS THIS I DON'T EVEN???????????
unvote vote: Tragedy
I have ALWAYS wanted to do that.
danakillsu wrote:Tragedy said "I have nothing to do in this whole game with my power that doesn't exist. Anyways I still don't have a power."
That made no sense to me and looked like Tragedy was trying to make up flavor that the mod gave her which was really just her own work. Add to that the fact that she was claiming ANOTHER obscure character that was a VT, and it just was not believable at all to me. Why would I give someone else time to reconsider when I had decided the claim was fake?
If somebody else has claimed an obscure character as a VT, and they actually flipped as an obscure character that was a VT, why would that make Tragedy's claim unbelievable? By saying "ANOTHER obscure character that was a VT", it's pretty clear that you disbelieve the claim on the grounds that you don't think more than one such a character would be in the game. What is your basis for that reasoning? Wouldn't the opposite tend to be true in a game this size?
danakillsu wrote:I'm not really getting the "your laughter wasn't spontaneous/genuine, therefore you're scummy" thing. Why does it seem like a ton of people want to attack esurio for crappy reasons? Maybe we shouldn't go there for now, honestly. Let's lynch Espeonage and see where it goes. If he flips town, I will be MORE inclined to lynch esurio.
So you spend all game defending esurio from Espeonage, now it looks like you are trying to line up a lynch ON esurio if he flips town. Obvious scum motivation here.
Aside from that, you have done no scumhunting on anybody outside of Espeonage's slot. Most of your posts are you defending yourself, hammering Tragedy, or complaining about this game.Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic Mafia - 17-player large theme, currently needs (0) replacements- danakillsu

@ Kdub
I never expected MOST of the characters to be minor, so since mine is, and the dead guy's was, I thought it much less likely for Tragedy's claim to be true.
You might see scum motivation in that post from your PoV, but it really just makes sense. If Espeo wasn't scum as I thought he was, I would be MORE willing to lynch esurio. But I emphasized the MORE for a reason. You're right about the no scumhunting on anyone else, and although I take some responsibility for that, I blame it mostly on the fact that Espeo/Pine is not dead.- chkflip

By all means, make a mountain out of this molehill.

Again, just a very innocent act about his stance on Leouch. "Maybe I'm wrong..." "I've accidentally been wrong before..." "it may be a coincidence...". Feels manipulative in the sense that mb53 is giving a heaping dose of uncertainty. Compare this to his post 174. This post is more rational and less full of doubt.
I just wanted to point this post out. This is pretty much what I was talking about earlier in this post (questions section) about why I'm having MB lean scum now. Furthermore, the defense is downright pathetic. Why? Because of how quickly it came. And because it completely changes what the accusation reads as, or at least what I percieve it to read as. I read RC as pointing out MB's need to repeatedly point out null reads and almost stress the fact that they're null. You can have null reads. That's all good. Everyone has them. But they don't go around shouting it to look like they're giving reads on players. Giving a null read is barely better than saying nothing at all. That happened on Day 1. Why didn't you mention this earlier? Any of your previous statements about mb were leaning town.
Looking at the vote count, the thil wagon looks really awful. The only people I'm comfortable with are RC and myself. The fact that thil is lurking his way through all of this isn't helping either (last post May 10th, last visit on the site today and I've seen him on previous days, too). I honsetly think that thil is overwhelmed by this. Regardless, that slot needs some Night Action on him. PRs, you know what to do. And if someone has an incriminating result, out with it. Because let's face it, we need a scum flip badly.
chkflip's reaction is all sorts of bad. Who'd he replace? Lucresia...oh Lord. There's a good place for a vote.
But, then there's dana. In my experience dana's always scummy as fuck. I've read through Kdub's case on dana and imo only his last point holds water. Dana's really waffling about esurio and went from defending esurio to chain-lynching her up.
Unvote; Vote: dana
That should answer the question if I'm up for a dana lynch.
@TMH
Pull youselves together. I'd suggest replacing out if it wouldn't mean even more work for the mod.
D1 was a mess. Then don't read it. But there's no excuse for not reading up on Day 2 and 3. That's like 15 pages. Right now you're a scummy bunch of lurker.- GhostWriter

Why? Specifically why would you be more inclined to lynch Esurio? What is the connection you've made? Because from looking at this, it seems that you've somehow connected the laughter thing to the case against Espeo.
