First of all, that game I didn't do it just to spite GI. I had lost, my scum qt was embarrassing, and there was nothing in that qt that was amusing or creative, none of my best work to show. So I didn't disclose it.

Part of it was the night 3 backstage discussion where farside wanted to lynch you. They figured if you died that night it would seem as though scum were not part of that backstage group, when in fact both Locke and Llama were backstage (with farside and gaggle).

Also, Llama softclaimed his fake role that night backstage and said you were not mafia. That happened before farside said you still should be lynched.

Well I’ve now had enough time to distance myself from the tragic events (yeah, I said it) of the Vote Count debacle and can make my comments –

Good job WC. I was shocked to see LMP being killed right before LYLO but I guess it worked and there was enough confusion it got the two (ok, maybe three) remaining strong persona at each other’s throats.

Town I thought didn’t play that spectacular a game. I don’t understand how I was allowed to live past my obvious bad hammer on Apok Day 2.

I’m rather proud of managing to take Furc in place of me Day 3.

I understand Mod errors happen but that Vote-count problem occurring when it did drastically affected the flow of the game. When I saw Locke was online and posting here I did a quick check of the vote-count to see where the Sacrifice and Lynch votes stood. Given it was an impromptu Quicklynch I trusted Jahudo enough to look at the last VC and make the move. That was my mistake and I live with it.

I apologize to Locke for bringing him down with that.

Thanks Jahudo for hosting. It was very interesting to see that Shadow and Mr. Wednesday were not in the game. It probably would have been better to include them as opposed to some of the Folk Heroes who didn’t actually appear in the book.

Seriously, though.. You have a good point. The loss kinda sucks, but overall I had a really fun time. Thanks to Jahudo for modding/designing the game. Thanks to Faraday (I think?) for inviting me to play. Thanks to the other players for entertaining me. I don't think ill of anyone for any bad decisions made in the moment.

I think I know why chesskid was so gung-ho about lynching me (i think it goes back towards my supposed lack of sincerity about my hating the backstage?), but I was a little disappointed and caught off-guard by farside's confirmation bias against my player slot due to ani's play. I really didn't know how to overcome that.

I really enjoyed Magna's claim. I thought it was somewhat believable, though in retrospect I'm facepalming a little. I think I need to caution myself overall against believing exotic sounding roles.

I was still pushing for ooba over you though because of farside. Farside is a decent player, but despite outward appearances, entirely predictable. I think if I would have got lynched with AGar alive, the reaction would have been similar to the one that killed OGML. I guess it wasnt a bad kill, I just think a post flip from me ooba/SGR stood a better chance of not taking flack than AGar did, especially depending on remaining playerbase.

Wow. Hats off to WC and Llama for pulling it off from that situation. I'll comment more when I've read back in a bit more detail.

Ythill: yep, I think that's a pretty good assessment . I think when I realised the hammer wasn't real is the the most frustrated I've ever been at mafia. I've never seen so much work go down the pan in such a short amount of time. Still, the win helps.

I also want to say thanks Ythill for being so hard on me Day 1. It really got me into the game. Also LL, under the radar the whole time, nice playing. MoI, I loved the 2.5 quickhammers! Llama, without your gunsmith WIFOM I think we'd have lost, nice work scum team.

@Gaggle (ChessKid in particular): I wanted to kill you so bad going into LyLo. I saw the Hydra as basically Dr. Jeckel (spelling?) and Mr. Hyde. CK wanted me dead so bad and Faraday at least pretended he was on the fence, so I could count on CK voting me in Lylo, but not Faraday. It was a wierd position (I even complained to Mod about the fracturing of the Hydra earlier on). Then I realized that if I killed GG it would basically be a signed confession. I thought LMP's OGML hammer was absurdly OBV Town and knew Farside was kind of siding with me earlier. So basically any kill I made I was killing OBV town IMO, so I decided to do the one thing that no one expected me to do, let Gaggle live to LyLo. I hoped it would be Far Out enough to send LyLo into a tailspin.
