I mean Faraday never gave a shit about this game and wasn't following it and Recks was completely pissed off and rage quitting, you think they caught onto the L-1 and played along perfectly? I'd rather someone that is an unknown hammer. Based on their play during the game and that hammer would give me a better indication if they were scum or town.
Also, I find that scum do not usually hammer, they usually get on the wagon around the midpoint. I'm sure this has been talked about in MD, and I may be totally wrong about this, but that is what I have noticed. And so Reck hammering himself would rob me of that information.

While I agree that Faraday is by far the more likely of the two to counter gambit why did you pull the gambit if them falling for it like they did didn't change your reads? Imo this gives them more then enough town point to make it so there is much better D1 lynchs then them.
