Like, you have no idea what was going on in that game. Maybe nidalee rushed lucidity boots straight away? Maybe the kassadin was playing horribly, never with team when they were taking blue, feeding when he did get it (his score was hardly stellar)? He also had an archangel staff, so the whole "need blue to ult six times in succession" thing is not so bad anyway. I mean, I have no doubt you're a better player than most of the people in this thread (elo doesn't lie) but like, you're just looking at a score screen and going "YOUR BOOTS ARE WRONG". Reducing the slows is also really important for melee dps and they had one of the strongest in the game in karthus wall.
I dont either, as I wasn't in the game, but at best it's a marginal choice. He's probably already pushing the harder of the soft caps in movespeed making further movespeed cost inefficient.
I'm honestly just trying to help...
Nidalee's boots are fine, I think it was good choice on her part.
If Kassadin was doing that bad he would have said something about it by now.
MK was already extremely fast, he said as much. I'm pretty sure he had Flash and if so then he could even risk to flash in and ult with his team right behind him. MK's ult has a nice CC element to it which is great for initiation. As such I don't think that Kayle/Karthus would be able to slow him effectively at all. The burst of Kassadin and Teemos' hard deeps are more important than MK in that team.
Once again, I'm not saying you're bad, I'm just trying to help you out. It's just that when you play against highly aware people you have to be able to analyze the situation and theorycraft in your head and anticipate what is most likely going to happen so that you are geared up correctly.
I'll stop coming in here and pointing these things out now though since it clearly just comes off as me trying to say "haha i'm betr than u". My apologies.
