I really don't like all of Taz's bargaining. I still see him trying to buy time just so he can survive for one more day. That's all scum need is one more day of not being lynched, and eventually they are the last ones standing.

I don't think you people read well, or scum is trying to suddenly turn the lynch away from their buddy. mal's reasoning was that if Taz was scum, he would be the most likely to send in the kill for the team because nobody would suspect him. It's a little WIFOM-y, but it's not totally unreasonable. I've done stranger things as a cop.

That is incredibly wrongheaded as we basically get another chance to mislynch seeing as there was no nightkill last night.

I am up for either a Taz lynch or a Mal lynch personally.

No we don't.

We have a plan in place to find out if his card is a role blocker. I'm sure it is - scum would be daft to lie about that when they will be found out the next day. Same applies to Me=W.

If he did have a RB, it does not mean for a second, he (or Me=W) wasn't lying about who they role blocked and it doesn't in anyway suggest he (or Me=W) isn't scum.

As to why people are so keen to lynch - he is the scummiest player - his day 1 jump on the wagon, his day 2 role-fishing, his bollocks for a justification as to why he role blocked his town target, his lack of an answer to my questions in post 825. His declaration of a role block on Taz just looks opportunistic (following my earlier suggestion at the start of day 2 that Taz's answers sugggested he was a scum player role blocked).

Biggest whole I see there is that scum can't possibly hope to get away with lying about who they blocked. They either say nothing about the power they got, or they tell the truth about all of it. At that point, you can't really put stock in the missions and have to use old-fashioned, vanilla power scumhunting.

I would like to hear about Chuji's plan about knowing if M=W lied. Unless he was just referring to knowing me and M=W's cards.

That plan has a flaw too, in case the cards go to the partner of who got them last night.

I don't want to be a jackass, but it is safer to lynch Taz. I still tend to want him to have a painfull death after I blocked him, but that's obviouslly not the only reason why he is on L-2.

I have picked my target and will reveal tomorrow. Instead of roleblocking Mal, why not just lynch him Oversoul? I see people being cautious of him but no one willing to flat out lynch.

I decided after 2 more pages of day 1 that most people were doing my head in already and I'd skip to day 2. Day 2 is worse. Im 5 pages in and I want to just read the last 5. Seriously, there are about 2 of you worth listening to thus far who are still in the game, the rest of you are doing my nut in. Policy lynching ani in the first place? @Poro - I will always policy lynch ani. He has specifically caused me to lose two games one as the same scum faction, and one as the mod when he decided to give scum extra power after I figured out a forced town win situation. This doesn't even start to take into account that he never scumhunts, I have had to replace him in at least three games as a mod once even after a cross replace and wait for him to be replaced in a half dozen others while he never flakes in mish-mash. He has had way more than enough chances and continues to damage everything he touches as a player and a mod, he may be a nice person on AIM and in mish mash, but is by far one of the most insufferable mafia players on the site. He is one of three players I will actively persue a policy lynch of.

I wish I had just read this post and gotten on with it. Seriously I'm not sure what's been gained today. I think very little. I ran a game with mechanics almost exactly the same to this and talking roles etc. is going down the wrong path it gets you mixed up in game theory talk that is not useful to the town and from page 20 to 36 (where Im up to) you have confused yourselves and argued over minor points instead of actually scumhunting. Now I have a few reads but there basically quite minor. I want to see Taz lynched as I feel that out of everything gained today, his reactions and attitude are all wrong.
