If she doesn't know at this point you can tell her season 2 is set to premier September 17th, not sure if its being advertised on TV yet but multiple sites have that date up and have for a while so I think its legitimate. If you watch the show it may be good news to you as well, because really, its not that bad of a show. From the most of the same ponies that did Powerpuff Girls, Dexters Lab and Fosters Home.

My idea was to have everyone discuss their views on all the players and have everyone agree to one player to vig. This way if there was scum in the neighborhood if the vig hit someone not discussed I would be more certain (instead of paranoid) there was scum in the neighborhood.
As for whom to kill it was mostly me and Rainbow discussing our scum reads. I had certain players, she had certain players and we talked back and forth a bit on why. All Ntw did was list 3 players day 1 without a reason then he conceeded to both Rainbow and myself choosing Borge night 1 without really fighting or saying anything during the discussion (this is why I started to lean scum on NtW).
After my case and points on NtW he stopped talking in the QT (I think since that case he said 3 things in the QT at the most).

@Nanook- Is this true? Did it happen the way Farside said?

@ Pergrine - Yes, that's basically what did happen. It was Night 1, I didn't have a lot of reads yet, I hadn't read most of the thread at that point either. I felt completely overwhelmed, and Farside reminds me entirely too much of Meme and just doesn't let up. I never even thought that one of our members could be scum and was somewhat baffled by the idea of a neighborhood. I too just thought that we were a masonry with vigilante abilities.

@ Bobsnox - You say that you're bulletproof ... Is that only for the night time, or is that during the day as well?

So Oversoul has not been ran up to the extent where he would need to claim upon coming off of V/LA tomorrow which I am exceedingly disappointed in.

Everypony just seems to have disappeared recently. When they come back they just need to move off one of the key three wagons that are taking a pass today and onto somepony else, like Oversoul, or DeathNote, or Blonde Doctor. Yes Spy, I am going back there. I looked at it again and have no idea why I back burnered that one really, it still looks really tempting to me.

If you thought it was a masonry, then you felt the whole group was town? If so, why would that result in less activity? If you're with confirmed town, you can discuss more crazy ideas.

If you look at the advantages of a QT to town, you get to say all kinds of things that might mark you as scummy to 20+ people, but one other person may understand what you mean.
Whereas for scum, there is no advantage. Sure, you might paint yourself as town in your neighbors eyes, but if they are town you know that can change in an instant, as town are paranoid of EVERYONE until the mod confirms them. So, as scum in a town QT, you kind of want to stay quiet and avoid giving the town players extra ammo to use against you in thread. Like you seem to have done.

I don't know who Meme is, so not sure how that is relevant. If Farside was pestering you for thoughts and you thought you were all town, why not just say so? Why not admit you hadn't read that far? Why not ask your masonry for a summary and gone from there?

Farside seems extremely devoted to this site, and I give her props for it. I just felt that her expectations were to extreme for me at the time. As I've explained earlier, much has changed in regards to pace in these games since I had last played on the site. Call it an excuse if you want, but you don't see me signing up for more, do you? I also feel that I should stay commited to at least one game upon my return, and this is it.

I did all those things you're assuming that I didn't do peregrine. I just couldn't keep up with the arguments. By the time I returned, it was already determined that I was scum in relation to the rest of my neighbors.

Hey guys!

I only have a few pages to look at, but I have very, very strong town reads on Juls and farside. Their interactions with each other have been very pro-town.

I have also realize how confusing it is to follow Rainbowdash's thought process (as well as his referring to people as "ponies"...), but I have a town read on him as well.

Re: BP townie things...couldn't he just be investigated by a cop or something if he have one? I don't see how risking the possibility of bobsnox being scum is worth keeping him alive til the end. It's the liability that now all of a sudden we have a whole bunch of wifom at the end of the game. Can you see why it might actually be better for town, instead of calling people stupid?
I would advocate for his lynch ONLY if we can't confirm his innocence in another way, like through the joat or something (they have the ability to investigate, right?).

I don't have time for other thoughts since I'm traveling today, but I will definitely get the rest up when I settle down again. : )

@spy - believe it or not, I would be fairly happy having TJ hide behind NtW. I think bob is probably town either way in all of this, so if we can get NtW-town nailed down or caught as scum at expense of a mislynch, or two mislynches NKed by scum at once even, its a good thing to me.

Ok, so, I'm down with the oversoul lynch. I can be persuaded toward the DN lynch, but I had a pretty strong townread on Hiraki (the replacing out non-withstanding). However, DN's latest posts are so just plain awful that it may merit lynching just for that.

I'd really love for chkflip's replacement to check in, for more people to come back and post (myself included, I know), and for Oversoul death.

Additionally, I like the plan of TJ hiding behind NtW, as that can help confirm NtW's status, which it's clear we're not going to do otherwise (too many different factors involved to confirm him one way or another as is). I'd also support bobs being investigated, as I still don't trust him and think that BP is far too easy as a safeclaim for scum/SK.

Finally, VOTE: Oversoul.
