I'm testing if dram's vote weight increases from that and number of people voting him or if the vote weight increases from the vote weight of people voting him, as these are different things. Note that reck's double vote isn't included in dram's vote weight, making the two wagons equal. This means that he's matching the number of people for vote weight, not the total weight of the votes.
