He said he'd use his ability to stop all night actions, and there was no Night Kill, so far his claim checks out. (even if he is useless) The ability doesn't necessarily mean he's town, but I'd be surprised if it wasn't at least partially true.

Other than that, his lack of providing, well... anything leaves him a big fat null. I'm willing to accept the idea that a mass-roleblock is more useful for town than scum, though.

Normally the top is way more important than the bottom but the fact his own results show you as not scum MAYBE HOPEFULLY will put an end to the teaparty and get things moving in the right direction.
