Timeater, I'm not making a grand defense, I just want to work through one point. This game is a pile of dung, and if I can get a few kernels of logic in then perhaps I can make some headway on the case. Your analogy is awful. I'm saying "If X is such that Y, and Y is such that we want to perform S, then why not induce the reveal of X so that we can perform action S?" This logic is flawless, and my other point is "If X is such that Y, and Z is such that Y, X and Z are the same in that they are both Y". Both simple logical sentences have been broken.

Your question is a bit muddy, allow me to confirm that this is what you are asking:

"Would you rather save a confirmed town who played like Fate, or otherwise in a way you considered very poor, or unclear town who plays more formal and mature, or otherwise in a way you consider very good?"

The answer is the former. But that wasn't the choice for me. It was unclear raging spammy players, lurky players, or formal mature player. It was, needless to say, an easy decision.
