You can't do NAR with these sort of roles in my opinion. This is the same exact problem that consumed the fucking town in the end of Brightest Day (ugh).
Here is my theory of how things go down (without referencing to NAR)
Timeater delays Peregrine
Peregrine uses Smoke and Mirrors
Junpei Heals Peregrine
Since Smoke and Mirrors is not an automatic passive skill (and dear god if it was), Smoke and Mirrors will not take affect until the next night because of Timeater's delay. Because of the delay, the Heal actually went through. As such, Peregrine should not have any passive abilities currently.
If Peregrine's power was a passive you would theoretically be delaying yourself for the rest of the game, or explode because of fucking with the laws of physics (your action would not succeed).
This little couplet of power roles is interesting and could be a scum gambit...
AV, can one scum member, regardless of how many teammates he has, submit the kill order AND perform his own action?
If the above is true then Peregrine and Junpei are probably scum as it is a nice little way for Junpei to make himself a Bullet Proof Godfather for 1 night, perhaps even more.
Junpei would infuse the truth of his action, knowing that his own ability would be reflected back at him due to Peregrine activating Smoke and Mirrors with Peregrine submitting the kill and remaining impervious to any other action during the night.
Another cute interplay that is less likely is the Nielwarren Lifedraining the Special Bonus from the High Priest giving the scumteam the potential to all be godfathered in one night. However, that is less likely as I doubt a special bonus can be Life Drained. I have more to reveal about the Nielwarren tomorrow, but so much setup speculation at a crucial moment isn't going to help. I will say that, my ability notified me that the victims would be notified of their ability change, a commonality I believe is shared between Life Drain and Silence.
I have one monster of a crackpot (in its absurdity) that I am waiting to drop depending on the flip of Junpei.
That is what I meant by the above post, Mist.
pedit:
Kiwi could have done some mischievous things and is another crackpot theory of mine so...
How do we know he was targetted 3 times? Peregrine, please clarify.
