Keep QWER, move them between smart/regular as is appropriate. I don't play a lot of PC games, I freak out way too much trying to Shift to smart cast.

He's talking about smartcasting/self casting on those key's. They are now at ctrl+stuff, I think. Or shift+stuff. Smartcasting is getting the spell with just pressing the button, not clicking afterwards. It might be cool to have that, in stead of standard casting.

The thing is you have to be comfortable with the range on your skill shots. After you've learned that, smartcasting is so beneficial for combos, fluidity, etc.

You can smartcast everthing in the game. Ignite, heals, everything. It targets whatever your mouse is over

had a run of 3 wins in Ranked. Stopped because I was sure the inevitable team of retards was right around the corner. Was getting teamed with people who had 1300-1350 elo though, so maybe I'm actually breaking out of the retarded chucklefuck-fest that is 1200 elo.

My first two games of Ranked solo queue this season, I've had an AP Sivir and a jungle Malz "because if Fiddle can do it so can Malz duh". Seeing some competent players now thank god.

Going to take me forever to ascend from hell, but it has finally clicked. I've jungled, Annie'd, Singed'd, Cho'd, and Graves'd myself to 8 in a row, 11 out of 12. Preferred junglers are 1a)Gangplank 1b)Nocturne 2)Rammus 3)Warwick.

I admittedly did all the classic things one does to "get in a big rut" including queuing directly after a loss, thinking I could do it all by myself and not having to "lead" just "carry", just flat out playing poorly or with champions I haven't practiced enough, etc. Of course, the classic feeders, leavers, trolls, and ragers reared their ugly heads and I'm most certainly not even close to breaking even right now, but I'm confident I can get there.

ELO Hell only gets worse and worse until you hit 1800. Then it reaches it's max amount of HELL.

In most cases, your elo is quite correct. Only the top 25% of players are visibly ranked at all, which should give you some hint at the violent stratification in play between +/-100 elo at any given point.
