I think it's because I used to play a lot of Cho but every time I'm playing Kog I have this little voice in the back of my head that starts saying Killkillkillkill whenever someones hp drops below the amount of true damage I can deal and I then dive them (during the laning phase).

this caused a tendency for my support voice to go OH GOD OH GOD PROTECT SAVE SAVE PROTECT PROTECT SAVE and ended with me getting killed by towers repeatedly, ftr

Because my group of sub-1100 elo or sub-30 friends are all excellent choices for duo queue partners.

It was when after a failed gank by my jungler in which an enemy hero burnt flash to escape with about 300 hp and I flashed into their tower, slowed them and ran directly at them as the turret killed me that I realized I might have a problem.

I`m not bad at LoL but I only solo ranked queue and normally arround 3 am so my elo is about 800. I hate it. I`ve gone 25/3 and still lost on multiple occations. There are so many trolls at my elo.

Yeah, it's a problem on my end. I keep getting "unavailable" for ~30 seconds, then "undefined" as the server status. Any ideas?

Lead your team. Make the calls. If you're going 25/3 and losing, then you're not making good enough calls or your overall picks were worse.

Another issue is the whole "break the goddamned nexus" thing. If all you do is kill things and never push and they always push in with their advantages, you'll still lose despite your kill lead. How good was your baron/dragon/general map control? Did you ward? etc.

Button says this a lot, and it's that it's not the kills that matter, it's securing objective like buffs, dragon, baron and building that matter.

Kills are just how you build an advantage to secure objectives, if you're building strong advantages and doing nothing with them then there's no point.
You score isn't a good measure of skill, it's how much of an asset you were to your team. If you could 1v5 their team, but you never directed them on the best course of action that allows them to secure objectives than the fact that you can 1v5 their team is completely pointless.

There's more to this game than just a score. Wasting time trying to improve your score can give their team enough time to secure enough objectives to make up for the gap that was made by you getting a kill.

Kills don't win games, map control wins games. That's why wards and CV are so powerful. /rant

IH, aces are only good because it means you can attack secondary objectives uncontested. The actual kill isn't even required, it's just ensuring they all B and hold there for a while.
