Ah, I probably should have explained that earlier. Basically as a part of the creepy ritual that these guys have going on they require some organs, but they need to fail in a particular way (It isn’t a ritual if it isn’t really precise). So, they drug people and they usually die.
You could of course offer an alternative player to donate their organs. Even without medical equipment the years of weird religion has taught you guys that you can transplant organs easily. In theory…
Basically, if you don’t want Ellibereth to go dying because of the organ failure a player has to post “I offer myself to the gods above” then you swap organs and you’ll die at the end of the day instead of Ellibereth. Don’t ask how the medical side of this makes sense. Because I sure as hell don’t know!

Well, Ellibereth has definitely been drugged and his organs are going to fail very soon indeed. In game terms, before midday. From the observer's point of view...
