Anyway, I imagine I'll be able to scrape sufficient sheep together after Pine flips scum.

It's really hard for scum to resist "you have a townread on town for a bad reason; they should still be eligible for scumconsideration but I'm not going to push on them right now."

Note: It's hard for
Pine
to resist this sort of thing. He's a bit of a meticulous player, and attacks shitty cases because they are shitty cases. DH's Werewolf Island is a brilliant example of this.

Pine wrote:Heh, Force of Nature can be Town,
at least for D1.
Careless attitude right out of the box makes me think "this person is not concerned about how people think of him (them?)", ergo Town.

Scum have a kind of urge to constantly qualify statements.
It's obvious a page 2 read isn't engraved in blood, so qualification is totally unnecessary here.

I don't find that scum post like this more often than town do. I find that certain people are more conventional and straightforward while playing, and thus take "x is town" phrasing as a scumtell, and qualify their own reads so they don't make themselves hypocrites.

ATE was my first thought too. Soda's reacting really scummy to this wagon.

Unvote
Vote: Soda

Okay, pine apparently sees SK as on a similar wavelength to his own.

Pine wrote:I'm hearing you on it, I just like Soda better for now.

PE: SK is either scum or really off his game this thread. Reck's right.

SK's voting THE SAME PERSON Pine is voting. People helping me lynch scum just aren't having bad games.

Erm. Where someone is voting usually doesn't give a strong indication to how their game is going. Everyone who is voting Triangle is not playing well.

Also this is part of a bunch of Sleepy / Triangle / Yates attacking that goes on while Pine's vote sits happily parked on Soda:

Why would scum-Pine not jump on any of these three bandwagons?

In fairness, I've been part of both the Sleepy and Triangle wagons, and at the time of the final quote I was supporting both. PE: The final quote of 704.

The Pine wagon is WAY more town-driven. Every single member of the Triangle wagon is at least somewhat scummy.

(2): Uphill is not town. SK is probably not town. Weirdalexv is lemons. You have townreads on all of them?

So would it be accurate to say that Llama's accusation is wrong, and your votes were in line with the opinions you expressed?

Llama's accusation is wrong, but your reasons for refuting it are also semi-inaccurate.

this damn GAME

why we can't just all be friends and lynch soda is beyond me.

I'm completely clueless about pine's alignment. I'm ambivalent about triangle too. I mean, sure, noobscum could claim to be a vanilla townie...
but vanilla townies, generally speaking, also claim to be vanilla townies.
I just don't find the case on him convincing.

Nevertheless, triangle is a better lynch than pine. I have no solid read on either of them; pine is being more useful.

FoN is, to an extent, right about the pine wagon being more town-driven. But frankly, my best guess is that both of them are town.

Voting triangle unless someone gives me a good reason to vote pine over him.

You have weird reads this game.
Where is Uphillscum from? WaV is pretty town so far. Furc is lolmillertown.
Sleepy's spammy but he's at least digging into things.
I expect there are zero or one scum on this wagon.

Grimmjow has been horrilurkiscummy and Reck is defending him on grounds that he's scummy as town, which is pretty much exactly what he did with Dramscum in Lovers' Multiball.
Reck has also been a lot less useful than I expect him to be as town and keeps defending scummy people / saying things that don't make sense like he has a scumread on me based on nothing.
Yates is bad news too. He just keeps popping in to prod dodge and say he has nothing to say.
Now you're here with bizarre reads and a sketchy predecessor. And Soda is his own bundle of lurking magic.

I trust the reads of the people in my QT who I know are town and are top-class players more than I trust you and Reck, both of whom I find scummy so far.

I was told I would get power back midnight on Wednesday or Thursday, but I literally just got power back now.

Yates: I'm in NJ. I can't find a link backing me up right now, but my street was one of the last few to get power restored. There are still places in my state where people don't have power yet, and quite a few high schools in the area have been closed yesterday and today.

Yeah. I pop in to say I have nothing to say because I have nothing to say. How about you shut your mouth down for a little while, vote how you want to vote, and let the day end? You are going off of shit and nonsense with no solid evidence of anything on anybody. I mean really? I'm half inclined to start a FoN wagon just to have some peace and reason for the rest of the game.

Or if she doesn't want to immediately become a hypocrite. Triangle has stated a Townread on me.

SKrew is a better lynch.

Triangle lynch honestly isn't awful based on Triangle's posting.
I just have scumreads/inklings on so many people on that wagon.
Reck has just spent the entire game sitting on a triangle vote and chainsawing at anybody who attacks Grimmjow, who is scummy as all hell.
