Gief me Annie tips? I love the bear but I want to pwn harder.

Harass early (around level 3) with Q-stun into W. Don't do it too much as it strains your mana. Otherwise, use Q to last hit.
Max W first and E last. Get R when available (6/11/16)
You should think about ganking after level 6. You have good burst and CC.
Build Catalyst -> Deathcap. Rylais is shit on her. Haunting Guise is too slow. Rings delay you too much. If you're having trouble against a mage, get a Negatron Cloak (if mid-late) or Null-Magic Mantle (if early).
Don't be afraid to go in and stun if you notice that your team is in a better position. Your stun is devastating.
Never roam without your stun up.
Always have your stun up if you're low in lane.

Rylais is terrible on Annie because you're using every spell besides E directly after another, which means that the slow from Rylais will make no difference since you have a 1.75 second stun. After your burst, you're not terribly useful in a fight, since the stun (initiation or counter initiation) is the primary reason you exist on a team. The only reason I believe anyone would suggest it is for the health, which Catalyst (and later Banshees Veil if you feel you need it) gives enough of by itself.

Learning when to buy certain items and when not to buy them is a very important skill to have if you're going to be good at the game. For example, Abyssal Sceptor is a good item on mages that need to get close, but it's not a very good idea if there's no other mages in the game.

Having Abyssal as a core item seems odd to me. The MR seems like a situational need.

I don't like Rod of Ages either since it delays your Rabadons, and you shouldn't have very many major problems with mana. If you're taking a bunch of damage you shouldn't as Annie, then I'm not sure if getting a Rod of Ages will help enough to offset the cost.

There are people trying to make me feel like I have some sort of obligation to play with them.

The people I play with the most are people I know in real life.
I have a *lot* of people on my list and sometimes I just solo queue because I fucking feel like it.

Like seriously there are people that I don't even know very well and think that just because I played a lot with them for a while that somehow I have to always play with them and them only whenever they are online.

I also sometimes accidentally leave LoL logged in, and I guess that makes me a terrible person too because it makes people think I am ignoring them or some shit.

If I tell you that there is no room for you, that my game is "full" it's not because I don't like you- it's not because I like my other friends "better" than you, it's not because I fucking "replaced" you- it's because it's fucking full and I'm not going to drop out/kick someone just to please a single fucking person.

Also to the person who thinks I changed my summoner name because of my "new" friends:
I wanted my name to be "Brandi" when I joined, it was fucking taken. Of course I'm going to take the fucking opportunity to change it.
My "new" friends are people I have known a lot longer than you.
I don't understand your thought process at all but you are reading too deeply into things. I like you, I consider you a friend, but I don't actually know you that much and it makes me uncomfortable that you are trying to guilt trip me because of a perceived obligation that I have to you.

Annie and, in fact, most champions In general are easy enough to play that it's probably more important to look at general gameplay. In that vein, these should be good reading:

That's a fair amount, but it is probably 99% of what you'll need to read ever. Another good idea would be to take some replays and look over them, either yourself or by asking someone stronger.
