How you think this confirms your role, is beyond me.

Theoretically a Role Cop can investigate anyone and get a result, and then the investigated player can confirm or deny it. The downsides to this are:
*If the Role Cop is scum, they can investigate a scumpartner and get a predetermined fakeclaim
*If the Role Cop finds out that someone is a Vig or something, claiming their result is actually a bad thing
So the plan is not terrible.

First, I don't believe his claim. I'd prefer not to elaborate on why.

Second, I think xvart's been trying to prevent lewarcher82's lynch by trying two different counter-wagons since lewarcher82 has been at L-2 (on jasonT1981 and Quilford). Plus his arguments seem disingenuous. If we get a scum-flip, then we'll know who the partner is.

Third, I want to see if Roxi quick-hammers. It'll solve all the noise about it. If it's secret voting, it's scum.

I told you the impression I got from the posts. You were fencesitting; it seemed you were defending him weakly on hand while looking for an excuse to hop on the wagon on the other.

I don't think it was "looking for an excuse to hop on the wagon" but rather "keeping the door open with the vagueness of how the behavior might also be scum".

So... I'm scummy for finding Jason's first post in this game scummy? Your logic is getting really poor here. Every single post has a bearing on a players alignment. Also why didn't you pick on this apparently scummy move from me when I first mentioned it?

I wasn't clear when I spoke about the context as I don't find you particularly scummy (outside of a very tenuous relationship with people I do find scummy). When I said "given the context, it is scummy" I was referring to Quilford's projection of your vote in the context of what had transpired at the time of his vote. I don't think you can argue that your post ever indicated anything outside of a typical RVS vote, so Quilford knowing you are town from your RVS looking vote post is invalid and scummy, especially since he delayed producing that information for so long.

My point on why Quilford is scummy is because he assigned several motives to a series of votes and comments that, from my perspective, had not basis in reality. Jason had made one post (completely RVS) at the time of your vote. Your vote was just a vote with no explanation. He says you are town because a vote on Jason is a town thing to do. The leap in logic to make that conclusion is ridiculous given the posts that had occurred and looks to me like an attempt to justify his town read after the fact

In order to avoid a short day 1 and a stupid mislynch, I will accept to do as follows:

You unvote me, and tonight I will visit someone who will claim to have a dog (no full claim required, any dog will do). By doing that, I will be dead and flipped on the morning of day 2. You will quit wasting your time tunneling me, I will be dead anyway and today we can go on playing and discussing other cases. Despite Vi's tunneling, we might end up lynching someone who is actually scum. Also: I will get more time to analize the wagon on me and leave a legacy of reads.

I do think like Sotty said, Xvert is reaching. Many people post early reads (gut or otherwise) saying X is town, Y is scum just from the RVS and the fact he seems set on pushing Quil and Sotty on this is strange. I am keeping my vote on for now until he starts making sense and stops tunnelling this issue.

I don't get it your point. Once I flip, I flip. However, suggesting this plan is the last pro-town thing I can do. If you don't like it, lynch me. But DDD cannot be as blind as he appears to be (I didn't change my claim, don't lie. I explained it and made it a full claim after I was put at L-1). And Vi cannot be so stubborn and unreasonable to support a quicklynch on day 1 for a case that lacks every credibility.

If you don't like the plan, lynch me. But then try to show some intellectual honesty and admit that the case is built on nothing. And kick Vi's ass for getting a power role lynched this way, in 72 hours on day 1, with a wagon that grew to L-2 in 6 hours.

Also note that there was probably a dog softclaim already. Which means I wouldn't need to ask anyone else to claim.
