I would like everyone to look through Nintendo's interactions with me. My case is not very strong; I am well aware of this and comfortable with that fact. My certainty is based in large part in intuition, that indefinable

Nintendo has played his cards, so to speak. While you look through his ISO, note how he abandons a vote that he feels strongly about (Vel) in favor of raging against a weak case laid against him. These are not the actions of a Town player, they're the actions of paranoid, nervous scum. Note especially that he focuses all of his energy into defeating an ephemeral case that has little public support and that I am having difficulty defining. Town's reaction to this is to roll one's eyes, maybe make a statement or two engaging the weak case, and moving on. Scum's reaction is to burn the attacker as hard as he can, to discourage and discredit future, stronger attacks. Scum caught.

Second, I was defending myself, and, seeing as I still had my vote, I used it. My vote was on Spartan at the time which was only RVS.

Also, it's probable that scum have fakeclaims, so he could've been overeager to share that. But I'm willing to postpone lynching him today: we can only take one down at a time, after all.

Name claims are next to worthless atm really. Spartan, however, seems more newbish than plain out scummish to me right now. His behavior is kind of consistent with somebody who hasn't played mafia of this style a lot and I don't think it speaks so much to alignment, because so far I've seen both scum and town do stuff like that. Doesn't mean he is town either though.

I haven't seen any lying from Spartan.
I've seen his strange reactions to his wagon, and a high degree of nervousness about the very existence of that wagon, and a really odd decision to character claim. All of those things are consistent with someone who has only played mafia in real life rather than on a forum.

Still catching up, but I am stunned (and not in a good way) about the unnecessary softclaims that are happening so early in D1.

Side note: Pine's claim in particular does zilch for me, since I mostly stopped watching the series after the fifth season. I tried it without Sorkin and Lowe, and I just couldn't do it. Sam Seaborn > Will Bailey.

In any case, Pine's claim looks like a really odd gambit to be coming from scum, and I have no idea why nintendoaddict is still bothering to tunnel on Pine, so, for the moment,
