bbcode and avatars off temporarily

bbcode and avatars have been turned off temporarily until I get my changes merged into the new phpbb release. A security problem regarding XSS has been found in the 2.0.0 codebase. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Yes, I know that anything with bbcode in it that was posted while it was off isn't being translated.

You can fix your posts by editing them and un-checking the 'disable bbcode' option. I did this to a few of them, then I got a headache and stopped.
