Yup, leaving the wagon at that point was a bad move. I was at that point under the impression that a mislynch would be a very bad thing, as opposed to two free scum lynches at the cost of a townie.
L-2 being a threat was something I misinterpreted from the hypoclaim posts, and I'd assumed was to do with the hider being in the lineup.

There may be no right time, but 2-3 days in with several people still yet to post anything real sounds like the wrong time.

I read through the newbie guide and faq, however they didn't really seem to tell me anything I didn't already know from playing IRL and on IRC. I agree on the point with newbie games, I was in one when the crash ate everything, and the queue has been frozen. In any case, I'll chalk this down as me biting off more than I could chew, and will definitely go back to the newbies when this is over/when I die. Sorry to all.

Now, now, don't go all mopey here. We are here to learn to play the game, yeah? Plus, are you claiming scum now? If you're town, you should be fighting to the bitter end, getting reads out, and generally being helpful. If you're town, death isn't the end. Come on and help us out, pal.

On the matter of defending myself, I invite people to take a close look at Post 82, specifically, the second paragraph. You were right, Mhork, I was breadcrumbing, but not as scum, and not in the post you indicated - I'd just read on the wiki that for killing power roles in a game with a watcher or tracker, it was worth breadcrumbing your role and kills from the start. I'll admit that I didn't think I'd have to pull it out this early, but such is life.

The fact I was talking about claims in this post was not intentional, but I guess there's a certain irony to it. For people not wanting to go back, I'm claiming Vigilante, and this isn't a spur of the moment Town PR claim.

yeah buts it's a charade they can't keep going forever, successful doc or jail protections are uncommon and if we get a couple of nights with just him killing it be obvious. if he is town and the scum team has a joat then the joat is capable of strongman killing him. same with sk. fake claiming vig is a bad option for scum.

I think Mhork asked me about my town reads. My town reads are based off consistent "good town play" from the said players. This includes making logical cases, moving the game along and being open and honest with other players about their game as a whole. I believe the three I mentioned have done this during the game today.

You want more discussion? Anything in particular? Do you have questions/comments that still need to be made? If so then make them! And everyone else do the same. I can't think of anything else right this second that needs to be said or addressed, and if nobody esle can, then waiting just because we have the time to stagnates the game and makes everybody get worn out.

I will gladly spend more time discussing and playing, if you give me something to discuss or answer or question. But based on the content we already have there is nothing.


However, yes I too want to wait for the lynch until every player has posted a decent post about the game.

I for one, won't unvote, as I am not so sure i totally believe you're claim. The breadcrumb was made way later than an average breadcrumb should be, and it is just as easy for scum to breadcrumb vig as it is for a vig. And vig is a safe role for scum to breadcrumb because they can "prove it"

You're right they can't keep it going forever. But if they keep it going for 3 days, thats 3 days longer that a scum-claimed-vig can survive, if scum claim vig.

I'm basically just saying that you and Kondi look scummy, Fennin looks scummy but hasn't posted much, Pizza and Ice have insufficient content and everyone else is town or neutral leaning town.
