I had a 1-shot Daykill ability that I had to use on Day 1 within the first five pages or I would lose my vote.
Elmo has always been on of those people that I have had a hard time reading, so rather than keep him around to mind screw with my head the entire game, I took a chance and shot him, hoping he was scum. I was close.

The post restrictions in this game amuse me. Can someone make a list of who could have them for speed reference?

GNR, don't get me wrong I'm glad a jester is dead but you really should have shot 2birds. birds would be dead and the day would be continuing. All WIFOM about birds wouldn't be in thread and essentially we wouldn't have to waste time sifting through it and it wouldn't be arround messing with our heads. In 5 pages you have to shoot or can't vote and instead of shooting the mod confirmed scum you shot someone else based on meta? So why didn't you target birds?

1. birds is mod confirmed enough said
2. iceguy was first to suggest birds could be town while voting him. big scumdar blip
3. shadowgirl, you seemed to beat around the bush at the idea of voting him while expressing the possibility of him being scum as wifom. You voted at semi-random, you didn't provide a solid alternative, and you didn't really dispute the logic against voting birds. And that kinda strikes me as scummy

At first I thought the same thing, Poker, but after thinking about it, his shot wasn't that bad.

Ideally he would have posted earlier, knowing his role, or at least give the town the option to shoot Birds or someone else. However, this is the point I am making. Town more often then not misuse their lynch and lynch someone based on scummy actions. More often then not, that person will be town simply because of numbers. However, for at least one day, we won't be misusing our lynch since we know Birds is mafia. So his shot, in my opinion, inadvertently made the town more efficient. At least for this day.

Elmo was a scum read of mine for his hop onto the Birds wagon so I have no qualms over his shot.

A vote on Day 1 with 24 other people really isn't that big of a deal.
