Okay guys, I need your help. I've tried everything I can possibly think of and nothing has worked. My computer's performance while playing league has steadily dropped over the past few months, and now the game is basically completely unplayable. I've dropped all the video settings down to Low, gone to lower resolution windowed modes, and cut out sound. I am still getting around 10 fps normally and 1 fps during teamfights. Here is my setup:

Right Click Computer -> Properties -> Advanced System Settings -> Performance -> Adjust for best performance. Then set your fps settings to benchmark. Might help.

PZ: For some reason, what worked(ish) for me was a whole computer crash and running on a diagnostic partition. First blue screen since that time happened ... today.

It also could be patch related? I had a rash of basically no FPS ever until I realized it was the patch. (I think the Riven patch.) Next patch, gone. (Well, back to normal for me, which still sucks, but isn't 1.)

has a directional fear, is fast as hell, crazy initiate, rampaging aoe damage.

Oh and did I mention that a he has an aoe damage thing that heals him for the percentage of damage dealt? No I meant that literally, ALL DAMAGE done by ANYONE on his team, he gets healed for a percentage of that.

I have to say, I never believed this. Saw too many fiora's lose, etc. Till I tried to beat her myself, in lane. Thought I was clever by counterpicking her with singed (yes, I know, main etc). Thought little could go wrong. I deal damage with spells, she has to come into melee range to farm or attack me, etc. Everything looks just fine.

Till the point where you actually lane against her, her passive practically outsustains your poison, there is no real way of pushing her out of the lane, since she can autoattack creeps all day, and when she feels like it, she can chase you a little bit, do quite a bit of damage, actually winning trades when chasing you. There simply wasn't a normal way to beat her in lane, while I think it should have been a bad lane for her.

I am sick of people deciding that if a game is going to go longer than 35 minutes they will stop trying. Especially when it happens in ranked games when if we grinded it out we might actually win after an hour. Honestly, you play ranked to play to win, not as a muck around leave it when I get bored.

The number of times my team has said words to the effect of "it's just a game, stop tryharding" or "stop telling us what to do, it's just a game I'll do what I want" in ranked boggles the mind. I honestly think that's the worst part of ELO hell - not the skill level of the people in it, but the "lol I don't care about my ELO" or "omg I'm going to play how I want fuck the team" attitude. I made a point of looking through my match history recently and if Riot ever actually had the sense to not apply ELO losses (with, say, half the ELO gain for the winning team, so their time wasn't entirely wasted) for ranked games where someone never connected/AFK'd/ragequit, my record would be 19/10 in Ranked. Instead it's 22/26.
