It 'seems' pretty clear he does, and I have seen games where scum has capitalized on it and I have seen games that people have faked it. So I want to ask for clarification from him before either ploy can be exploited.

I didn't really think about the waiver wire in rd 3 as anything more than people who didn't get bought (so I didn't think of it at all really).

But you're right and that means under no circumstances do you say the name of what player a PR is since, call it a hunch, scum are going to gain ground on that wire.
