Well, the mod has said not to talk about it. So we won't. I'm just not sure where to begin, now.

Eventually, someone will do something scummy. But for now I'm in limbo.

You appear to be someone who is very involved in games on here(woo league mafia lol), but you sound like a newbie here with the 'how am I gonna find the scumz lulz'.

I guess what I am saying is this post of yours seem very contrived and fake. Of course you are in limbo, the game just restarted and will are essentially still in RVS, your post seems wildly out of place.

I'm not a newbie at all. I'm not saying I won't participate in the game, or that I can't - I can, and I will. But my usual strategy for early game is "DEMOLISH RVS ASAP."

However, I already did that once. We moved out of RVS, and I formed reads, and I'm having a hard time letting them go. Right now, all I want to do is vote Chrimi because I'm convinced he was scum last time. But that's not a valid reason to vote him THIS time.

I'm voting Chrimi anyway because why the fuck not, but my reads from last game are fucking with my head. And I'm annoyed because the obvious solution is to reveal what alignment we were last time, and the mod has disallowed it and given no explanation, so I'm disappointed.

People have started over again at RVS, but I feel beyond RVS, but all my feelings are illogical. So I'm at a standstill. It won't last long, but that's where I am right now.

Oh come on now, you seem EXTREMELY fake right now. Allow me to break down your post:
Amrun wrote:I'm not a newbie at all. I'm not saying I won't participate in the game, or that I can't - I can, and I will. But my usual strategy for early game is "DEMOLISH RVS ASAP."

I believe I said you aren't a newbie at all, but are acting like one. And I do agree that RVS can be a bit of a bugger, fun for a bit but better to power through it as quickly as we can.

However, I already did that once. We moved out of RVS, and I formed reads, and I'm having a hard time letting them go. Right now, all I want to do is vote Chrimi because I'm convinced he was scum last time. But that's not a valid reason to vote him THIS time.

Seriously? Hard time letting go of reads? Games are ending and starting all the time on MS, hell most people are playing multiple games at once(myself included) involving some of the same players. Reads on players are relegated to the game that you are reading them, and as you are NOT a newbie the fact that you say you cannot let go of reads on a game that is essentially IN THE PAST......is troubling to me.

I'm voting Chrimi anyway because why the fuck not, but my reads from last game are fucking with my head. And I'm annoyed because the obvious solution is to reveal what alignment we were last time, and the mod has disallowed it and given no explanation, so I'm disappointed.

Fishing for extra info are we?

People have started over again at RVS, but I feel beyond RVS, but all my feelings are illogical. So I'm at a standstill. It won't last long, but that's where I am right now.

Oh the drama.......and we have come full circle with a newbie post.......*facepalm.gif*

UNVOTE: VOTE: Amrun

But hey look at it this way, I got you out of RVS.

Yes, I am. This info would highly benefit town. How is that, in any way, scummy?

And this is not remotely the same as a past game. The game is still current, the posts are still in the thread, and nothing has changed but alignment. What we're doing now is all contrived.

Voting for me doesn't get me out of RVS. I do think you're probably town, though.

Amrun is town. FuDuzn is jumping the gun on voting her.
AcRv's latest post gives me bad vibes. I don't like how he's trying to continue RVS. Plus if it's actually a serious vote, it's pretty much useless right now.

If I keep changing my vote like random it's going to start more discussion, yes? Someone will start saying "OMG he's voting aimlessly!" or "OMG he's voting with some secret pattern that not even he knows about!". Like you just did. Not a whole lot more developed conversation, but we'll end up moving to something that will probably lead into "OMG that guy's scum!"

And you say you think I'm trying to continue RVS?
Chrimi wrote:I think my vote is definitely on scum.

Try to say that's more productive than a random vote.

So you admit to continuing RVS? Because you basically said so.

If you're going to attack me, you kinda have to attack him. If I'm being counter-productive for throwing votes, I'm preeetty sure someone else is counterproductive for doing nothing.

It seems silly to not go for two people at once. But, if that's what you wanna do there's not really much point in trying to stop you. But go for me all you like, I just personally think saying nothing is worse than saying something with intent on getting us into more discussion. Something like what we are now.

This is essentially a whole new game, so with that your old reads go away and new reads are started. I can understand that you want to know what the previous roles were, but to use the fact that we don't know what the alignment was as an excuse to not be able to at least attempt to make some reads seems fishy.

I don't know, this is probably more of a playstyle thing.......or the fact that I subbed in to the game after the restart. I probably should give you people the benefit of the doubt, I guess.

The Great Cookie overlord had some poisoned cookies given to him in tribute, and has been suffering from a malady of great proportions. He promises to retrain his eye upon Cookie Island on the day hence.

Translation: The Mod is very sick, and has been, pardon the pun, tossing his cookies hourly. Better tonight, be even more better after sleep.

@141, it isn't that easy, as the other game is still in your mind as it started and reads stick, as the playerlist is the same and the roles are the same but reshuffled, so of course the other game will be on peoples mind.

It was productive now, because Om of the Nom ignored it. I was bringing it to his attention that he let one stupid comment slide past but he voted someone else for another one. Really, ignore the fact that there was a vote in my post (because the guy had no votes on him beforehand anyway, so it's not like I'm going to get an early quicklynch or something from that), both of our posts were fluff. So why did he say one piece of fluff is scummy but not another?

Because what Chrimi said isn't neccessarily fluff.
