Because seriously, asking me to say anything other than "he's scum defending a town read for townie brownie points when they flip town" to a list of dead scum quotes is not going to happen. Split is the one with the burden of proof. He has to show why that makes me scum. Putting up a list of quotes is useless.

If it's an issue of burden of proof, then you should have asked him why those quotes he posted suggested that SD was defending you instead of buddying (I think it's a reasonable inference from context). Instead, you just stated the opposite opinion with no analysis of your own to back it up. That's the problem I had with your response, which essentially boiled down to "no, you're wrong" and nothing else.

Major bad vibes here. I know Magna likes playing town more than scum, so being disinterested doesn't reflect well. I'm surprised to see this from him as any alignment, but especially if he is town.

I responded to him by saying "no you're wrong" because I see no reason to respond otherwise when someone clearly doesn't care enough about their case to actually make one.

MOD – I’ll be LA from today at 4:30pm EDT until Monday AM for my usual weekend family duties.

Look at the completely fascinating lack of push by any of my scum-suspects (although Andrius’ slot gets a pass for being not in the game all day).

Scum is content to just let momentum for either myself or Nexus run out the clock. That makes me think that Nexus is probably Town. If he is scum at least one if not more of his buddies will easily be found in the players who facilitated the following shift (from Mod Vote-counts) –

Anxiety, Shmugen, and Split have all either moved to me (Split) or away from Nexus.
Iec and Briz are parked on Nexus all day.
Andrius’s slot is V/LA.

The nice spread between these suspects reinforces my “Nexus and MoI” are both Town. Scum are just happily sitting back and letting the impending deadline force Town to wagon to ‘assure’ a lynch.

VOTE: Shmugen. I’ll happily wagon the most viable of my scum suspects at this point.

On a side note those players expressing that my Post 1155 was anti-Town / suspect / scummy without voting for me are also possible suspects. This group includes Kdub (at Post 1181). Very little reason to reinforce the wagon if you don’t want to actually commit a vote to it.

Post 1182 – This is the third refrain in Schmugen’s “I’ll get better” chorus. The first was his “Now I’ll discuss with people” and the second was “I don’t want to be Blastered tonight”. And yet Shmugen isn’t doing anything active to get better.

guys, i am truly sorry, work problems came up and someone got laid off..
i have to pick up the slack and that means i won't have time for mafia until they can get someone else to help out over here..

OK, can someone please explain to me why players like Nexus and drmyshotgun can lurk and sheep wagons all day while providing no analysis, yet BB can do the same and get away with it? I really don't feel like rehashing all the reasons he is scum, but the lack of interest in him as a suspect relative to certain other players is unsettling.

Shmugen is my high on my suspect list as well, so I would be willing to support that wagon if it is the best viable one. I am somewhat less willing to support a MoI lynch because of his ability, and even less willing to support a Nexus lynch because it feels like scum trying to push a lynch on a lurker while letting other lurkers get away with it.
