Open 399: Faith Plus 1 (Day Seven)

The website wouldn't work for me this morning, and so i return home after school to find 5 pages to read. Oh well, all is read. First of all, i got a question for BK.

- I would very much appreciate if you stop vote hopping. I could understand why, but you are not helping if you keep changing your mind and changing notes. Make up your mind please.

- Honestly i cant get a good scum read on anyone. There are a couple lurkers, a candidate for a PL, and several cases on several people. I can see making a PL lynch on Kass, but i see a couple things wrong with that possibility. 1. We don't know what alignment he is yet ( Im leaning Town, but its probably still too early to be sure. ), 2. I feel like we should make some better cases to lynch a better candidate. It is still just the beginning of Day 1 and i feel like we should focus on building cases on people and trying to find scum rather than Policy Lynch someone who has been a bad player in previous games. Though i did not see him play before, so maybe someone could elaborate on how annoying or how much of a troll he is?

At this point in the game i am still trying to build some cases on others and i feel like we should poke some lurkers. The one lurker who comes to mind is Psyche. He hasn't actually posted anything game related yet and his last posts was during the confirmation stage. I am going to vote for him because i want to put some pressure on the lurkers, and see what he has to say.

BTW, to add to my Dark case, notice how he needed to be pushed before he was able to list all his reads? And when he finally did list them, his main scumreads were lurkers.

Because needing to be pushed to give reads = having to make up reads to avoid suspicion.
Making your scumreads the lurkers = Making it viable to hop on lurker wagons without having to put too much effort into finding the real scum.

Morton's post just then looks terribly scummy. Though it may just be me.

The thing is, Kassadin is (usually) the easiest person to read, ever. In the games I'm with him in when he's town, I can tell within posts. If he's scum, I usually get null vibes from him.

But I already said I didn't have reads. I also said I'm willing to policy lynch lurkers for being more likely to be scum before I ever posted the reads. And I also already said that I am scumhunting because I'm asking questions to get a scumslip and investigating the actions in the thread. I can't help but feel like you're ignoring my scumhunting in some mad bid to get me lynched day 1. I'm doing as much scumhunting as you are. So why aren't you doing any real scumhunting either, since apparently I'm not?

@BK I don't understand your logic here. Kass has proven he's not acting like his usual self, which is exactly what we wanted to do by voting for him. I'm still willing to PL lynch him if he turns back into a troll if we don't have any stronger scumreads, but right now I do think he's proven himself a little bit. I'd say calm down and give him a chance.

@Kass Speaking of proving yourself, why should we vote MattP? What did he do to prove himself scum to you? Is there a reason behind your logic or are you just trolling still?

And I'm starting to get pissed about this scumreads nonsense. The game is still REALLY early, you can't penalize people who don't have scumreads yet. I'm still trying to figure out everything that's going on in the game, so just because I'm not quick to jump on people I'm not sure are scum doesn't make me scum. Calm yourselves down and find the real culprits here.

Last point: Can I get someone competent to actually do a read on me? I think I've been doing the best job I can to find scum but it seems people disagree and they have given only a barebones argument against me.

@Dark: I don't care if you said you didn't have reads. You should have reads no matter what. I can have reads by the first page, doesn't mean they are good ones. You just made excuses to not have any.

2) Not sure if your talking about me or Pysche, but Psyche has only made two posts this whole game. Both are during confirmation stage and before the game actually started. IF YOU ARE TALKING ABOTU ME, which i do assume you are, its true. However there have been over 230 posts, equaling almost over 10 pages. This is a lot of posts, and he has not participated in any of them.
3) In my posts i tried to explain why i think Policy Lynching is a bad idea. I am guessing you are saying i am not reading when you guys explained how he played? I will admit that i probably didn't read that part, but what i got was that he is largely unhelpful, a troll, and sometimes unreadable with unhelpful posts.

I made this post because i have not made my cases yet.. i said this, so to try and help i am trying to make Psyche talk and to be helpful. He is right now lurking and that is not very pro-town. I am trying to make someone explain themselves and stop being unhelpful and help while i build some cases.
