Alright, reading the pages I missed.

I've realized:

Psyche claimed first for previous states reasons to make the FH's fail at protecting. Vijay thought it best to claim to keep the fakeclaiming out. I wasn't here, otherwise I also would have claimed then.

Kondi is not scum; Vijay is town; Psyche is scum.

Simple.
Also, my vote on vijay above was a fail cause I didn't see the hammer until now.

Drm claimed cop, then later Psyche claimed a FH offering to protect him. If he's scum then this was to ensure no protection on the cop.
Vjay claimed a FH later, with one already claimed he was more vulnerable to a CC. Before he claimed he gave me a strong town-vibe by telling the FH's to decide who protects Drm based on even/odd numbers in the player list.
Chrimi claiming after 2 have been claimed is making himself a target.

From this I would lean Psyche scum.

On the other hand Vjay+Kondi scum does make sense.
