Voting

Voting must be in the form of either VOTE: redFF or

You don't have to unvote when you vote someone different, but it's helpful.

Day/Night

When a player receives a majority of the votes currently in the game, that player is lynched, the thread is locked, and night begins.
If there is no majority at deadline, a nolynch will occur.
Days will last 2 weeks, I will extend the deadline at my discretion upon special requests or if there are replacements.
During twilight (the time between majority is reached and the mod locks the thread), no game relevant discussion may take place.

General Rules

You may not quote or pretend to quote any pm's received from the mod. If you do, you will be modkilled.
Unless your role pm says otherwise, you may not talk about the game outside the thread. If you do, you will be modkilled.
Don't use encrypted text, size tags, or invisible text. If you do, you will be modkilled.
Don't use the color purple, that's my color.
I reserve the right to force replace or modkill you at any time for any reason.

Activity

If you don't post in the thread for 72 hours, you will be prodded.
If you don't respond to a prod within 48 hours, I will start to look for a replacement.
If a player is prodded 3 times in one day, I will start to look for a replacement.
If a player is prodded 5 times in the game, I will start to look for a replacement.
If you go V/LA please tell me in thread and bold it.
If you go V/LA for a really long time, I will replace you.

E3 2012

It was nearing the end of the Activision press conference, with Robert Bowling on stage talking about the newest Call of Duty. As he talked about how every gun in the game would be an assault rifle, the roof slowly opened. A bright light came down and shone where Bowling was standing, and he began to burn. At the same time, a figure dressed in white appeared, slowly floating down to the stage. As Bowling's flesh melted, the figure landed softly on the middle of the stage.



"Half Life 3." he said in a loud, commanding voice, "Tonight."

Ghostcrawler was worried. It had been a week since Half Life 3 released, and a week since anybody had logged into WoW. Millions of subs had been cancelled, and Mike was on GC's back. The mysterious letter he had received yesterday seemed like a godsend.

Valve are going to destroy us all. Unless you want to never sell a game again, we have to destroy them first.

There had been a barely legible address written at the end of the letter. This was where GC had come, he hoped he was in the right place. He knocked on the door, and it slowly opened. He walked into a large, musty room, full of recognizable faces. All the biggest men in videogames were there, and they had all come for the same reason. After a while, the room fell into a deathly silence, and a man began to speak.

"My friends, I have gathered you here for one reason. We have all seen the devastating effects that Half Life 3 has had on our industry, and with Team Fortress 3 coming out next month, we must act fast to prevent all of our companies going out of business."

"But How?"

Yelled someone in the crowd.

"It's simple...we kill the Gaben..."

The crowd began to cheer, but were interrupted by a loud bang.

Suddenly, all the lights went out, filling the room with darkness. GC felt a sharp pain in his back, fell to the floor, and then nothing.

When the lights turned back on, only 12 remained.

"It's clear Gabe and his allies are here among us."

One of them said, his voice trembling with fear.

With 12 players alive it takes 7 to lynch, day 1 will end at 10pm EST, Wednesday 6th June, or approximately 3 weeks from this post.
