If it's an approved Open set-up, then it's fine. Opens don't necessarily have to follow normal guidelines. I'm not familiar with that.

If you run your first game in the open queue, you have to pick one from a list Hoopla sends you. When you've modded a game you can pick any approved setup, or design your own.
