It will be when I'm not on vacation. As of now you are not in danger of being overlooked because your review hasn't been done yet, and ICs take longer in the queue anyway because there's only one/game. Please be patient.

I'm pretty sure it still does. Specifically, you need two finished games, where "A finished game is one in which you are out of the game (by lynch or night kill)".
