General skill order

R>Q>W>E

The second part of double up is less random than you think it is. It will still occasionally not go where you think it will, but most of the time after playing MF a bunch you'll know where the second part will go(oh yeah, and sometimes it just won't take its second bounce at all, real lame.) You use this and max it first in lane because it allows you to chunk enemy laners which sets up later aggression. It also has a 1.65 ad ratio spread out over both parts(0.75 first hit of double up, 0.9 second part.) The mana cost does increase per level and the cd gets lower as well, so keep this in mind and don't go apeshit spamming it(even if MF's mana regen is actually pretty good.)

Fun fact about MF, her base health(and health scaling) is absurdly high. If you're comfortable with who you are laning with(the person), and have an aggressive support there's no harm in just pressing w running at them, and winning trades after you've established a small lead in lane. There is one support you will want to take Q first with level one, and that is Janna. You go to lane, Janna shields you(all of this is presuming no invades), you run at them shoot one of them a few times q both of them(as double up will likely hit them both at this time) for a billion damage and walk merrily back. REMEMBER YOUR Q IS AN AUTO ATTACK RESET.


As MF you ALWAYS START BOOTS+POTS. Idc who you're laning with. Boots+Pots is safe in any situation.

A really safe early game build is: Boots+Pots-Dorans Bladex2-Vamp Scepter-Zerkers.

This is where I generally differ from a lot of people.

I value Bloodthirster on basically every AD in the game as my first major item. It lets me get stronger faster, and allows me to survive longer in early/mid game teamfights. Another fantastic reason to grab BT first is the aforementioned scaling on double up(and MF's ult has 3.6 per BONUS ad max scaling on her ult. 0.45 bonus ad per wave.) Her ult can instantly win teamfights around objectives(dragon) mid game because you're generally fighting in a really narrow area, so your ult will basically cover the entire area you're fighting in. AS SUCH, MF is a fantastic AD to learn the basics of positioning in teamfights. MF's ult does A FUCKTON of damage if you position yourself correctly, so you absolutely must be aware of where you and the enemy are at all times before you use it. A wasted MF ult is no fun. Oh yeah, you can lifesteal with your Q as well. That's pretty cool.

MF's W allows her to build a lot of raw damage and still have really good attack speed. The free passive magic damage per AA makes last hitting really easy. Whenever you go to trade you always need to press W. It's low mana cost so you should always be able to use it when you need it. W in teamfights is tricky and straightforward at the same time. Usually you want just want to press it right when you're about to fight, but this is what is tricky, sometimes you're going to realize that fighting is a bad idea and have already mashed your W. You'll learn soon enough.

Her E(Make it Rain) is awful. Sometimes I don't take that shit til I absolutely have to, because it's so bad. Use it to set up ganks slightly more easily, or use it when you need to run away. Yay make it rain! Please don't use this to farm unless there's like a massive creep wave later in the game and you want to make it easier to get most of the creeps!

Finally the ideal build(for *me* at least, I don't know anyone else that does this. IN MAJOR ITEMS ONLY.

Zerkers-BT-IE-PD-LW-GA. Yes BT-IE. It just works. Your ASPD will still be fine(with W active), and your raw damage output will be massive. yay!

Ideal summoners-Flash/Ignite.

Good supports with MF-
Janna-So much damage, you move so fucking fast. Real pain in the ass to go against.
Nunu-Run even faster, two aspd steroids for free. Slow movement speed and aspd of enemy.
Soraka-Free Q spam.
Taric-High burst lane potential.

The only support I probably wouldn't want with MF is Alistar. I don't value alistar's contribution to an MF lane as a support.

GOOD MATCHUPS FOR MF(my opinion)
Caitlyn- Caitlyn likes to abuse her range to take pot shots at people when she can, she should have problems dealing with shit that gets in her face like MF.
Vayne-Vayne has troubles vs most other ad's. MF no different. Can bully around np.

There are others for sure, it's just late and I want to quit writing, but these two for sure.

No playlist for you, but I play various video game music (Mass Effect series, MGS series, Final Fantasy series, and Super Mario Galaxy comes predominantly to mind). I used to play the kind of random stuff I normally listen to until I realized anything with lyrics has a detrimental effect on my play.

The one exception to all this: If I am playing Lux, I MUST be playing PARTY LUX. And if I ever pick up Xin Zhao, you bet I'll be playing that one Mulan song the whole time.

I very rarely have the default in-game music on anymore, so sometimes all I'm listening to is sound effects.

I had one around that big but then I installed Windows 7 and forgot to back up my stuff because I was in a hurry and didn't feel like it. My new one is about 100 songs big so far. Also, I never did get entire albums because I didn't want to choose what songs I liked out of them every time I made a playlist. Thumbs up for Nujabes, The Weeknd, and Plan B all on one page, though.

I just woke up from a nap since earlier I didn't play at all because I was fucking tired. After I logged in, around the time I got to "20 mins remaining", my queue literally froze. Since then, the queue went from 90,000 people and has about tripled or quadrupled since. Apparently the servers went down. Again. I can understand some downtime but this is fucking dumb.
