Hey everyone, four pages in less than 12 hours - I like the activity.

I'm gonna examine the posts more carefully soon to make some serious observations, but for now I'll answer TAM's questions:

1) EST Time

2) I'm not someone who posts alot of small posts, and tend to instead post alot of content in the ones I do - I assure you that this won't diminish my scumhunting. As for activity, I usually can check in a few times daily, and you can expect at least a post a day (likely more) given the level of activity apparent in this game.

Also for those who were wondering about the name, AcRv came up with it. Not me :V

Well, I came up with the "ack-ruv" instead of "AcRv". Ommy did the "PotAcRv", but I thought that we should make it ack-ruv because I'd feel bad having my name in the signature but not Ommy's.

In case you hadn't figured this is AcRv with the keyboard at the moment.

Why Potack is scummy

... can you switch around the two words in the middle there?

1. Giving off reads like free candies.

2. Entering the game following the trend without really giving it a thought. (has AcRv agreed on your claiming btw?)

I don't oppose Ommy's claim, I'm actually indifferent to it. Simply because no matter what allignment we are we would claim VT so early on if we were going to claim at all. The early claims this game don't really mean a whole lot.

We'll stick on Bork til he gives us something good. Or something at all.

Also hey, Gunny/bork/andrew scumteam works out fine.
There is only a small amount of fluff in these 4 pages. You're just using it as an excuse not to comment on everything that's happened. Then you make a weak attack on Gunny (your buddy) and a direct attack on us with no explanation for either.

C'mon scum, stop being so obvious.

PEDIT: Why not? I just claimed earlier to save me the trouble later. It's not like I would have claimed any other role anyway. Mason or Scum I would have claimed VT regardless.

Your claim screams obvious scum to me because the 2nd claim of the bunch just seems like the right place to claim for towncred, plus the fact you had to ask for approval before doing it suggests you didn't want any flak for claiming it. At least I just jumped right in there head first without worrying.

Also you still haven't provided a reason for you being town. You're much more concerned with making me look scummy instead of defending yourself. Which isn't a town trait unless you are at L-1 where scumhunting can save your life.

Thank you for proving my point. I am pressuring you and you do not even acknowledge what I'm saying. You focus much more on making me look bad then clearing your name. Which isn't really something town do. And you are only really able to call me scummy because you know you don't have a proper explanation for why and you're just doing it to look consistent.

For those of you that don't know us we're a hydra account of Regfan and Scumhunter, Scumhunter likes to consider himself the

troll

lazy head of the hydra so most posts willl be mine throughout the game. I haven't had a chance to speak with him at all since signing up but I'll make effort to hunt for him today.

1. I'm from Sydney, Australia so GMT + 10 and Scumhunter is somewhere in America - I think Minnesoda.
2. On average I'll probably be posting at least once a day, sometimes a lot more, sometimes less.

First of and most importantly, the claiming is trivial and should stop; at this point everyone includes masons will claim vanilla townie meaning spending time having everyone think it's fun to claim it and other people attempt to base reads of it is going to lead us nowhere but having cluttered up the thread.

With that said I think Pandas jump into getting reactions and content with his TAM vote is a strong town-tell. Also like his focus on town hunting since at this point it's optimal play, 4 town-reads inside the VTs turns the game into a win. I also have a weaker town read on Potack, I think his 'Gunny of all people should know how I play town' is genuine on a gutish level. Also like his looking for scum-team that works, it's something I do as town occasionally if I'm feeling confident or ballsy.

I'm unsure exactly what to make from TAM's Post 42, want to discuss it with Scumhunter soon but the tone and manner of it comes across as somewhat forced; it's a long winded way of saying that he thinks that himself and Panda are town and wanting others opinions on them. I do find Venmar much worse though; his posts and questions seem very hollow and don't look as if he's attempting to scumhunt from them, moreso just be active.

PEdit, Potack: I most certainly don't see your scum-read on Bork, very null on him and while I can understand most of your reasoning for FoSing Shotgun, I don't agree completely agree with it, asking someone to 'provide a reason for them being town' this early into the game isn't beneficial at all and him focusing on pushing on you when he has a scum-read on you rather then defending himself is understandable. With that said I'm null on him.

Venmar showed caution with things here. Especially the claiming.
He also questioned and answered and questioned showing no fear. A good sign.

I think TAM is kind of scummy because of his real distaste of claimings yet seems like he believes our claims anyways. Looks like a scum knowing people's alignments.

Soben looks town enough for his sensible approach to the game stating possible paths he (they?) might take in this game.

Andrew has two post but looks Town. Very straight.

Absta is a bit scummy because I thought he would throw a RVS no matter what. He didn't. Maybe he read the RedPanda post before posting. Yet he didn't do much.

Duplicity, meanwhile, also has one post but that post looks as if he's trying to act like he was here all the time. Not very shady though.

McStab looks scummy because he says he likes the activity yet he contributed only one post for it.

RedPanda is Town because he claimed. I believe that claim. I also see that he's very into it already. Scums will try to get into things rather slowly after Towns started.
