not sure if intentional or...

[edit] also, I personally dislike your casts due to the fact that a large portion of the time you constantly insult and criticize people that you don't always play with so yeah I kicked you and didn't have you spectate

so if this was directed to me, there you go

[edit2] cloth5 used for staying in jungle and farming, I don't gank with mundo as much as I farm, also expected counterjungling from xin and build tabi anyway so

i took notes while watching the games that you went to painstaking efforts to make me feel unwelcome to watch while forgetting that you're all on my friends list (btw, if you hate me and you know it, remove me; don't play these games, because if there's one thing that legitimately pisses me off, it's people who don't have the balls to take action) and drop-in spec mode exists

incoming walls of text!

Game 1:

Cloth 5 not really necessary on mundo - boots/pots will speed up your clear time more and allow for easier early counterjungling due to mobility advantage. Early boots not necessary on Janna either; innate movespeed advantage is fine in early laning, and you gimp your early vision/sustain (since all you have for sustain are your pots) as well as your ability to be a complete bitch to lane against. Remember that you are a Janna - one cannot simply
kill
a Janna early/mid game unless she makes a mistake somewhere.

Lack of supporting jungler during enemy invades feels like it's too standard for MS teams; an early forced back on Xin can be a death sentence for him.

The Janna positioning in the bot river bush was wtf-awful - it would have been so easy for nunu to iceball into a shitload of free vayne damage and force her out early on.

Still no response from red on Mundo invade leads to Xin dying early; at this point, the only way that he can get back into the game is if they give the game back to him.

Blood boil not on vayne with nunu full mana = sad face; ideally you'd have it on pretty much 24/7 in-lane especially if you have a faerie charm.

Lack of awareness of enemy jungler's position while invading means that it is too dangerous to be worth the invade unless lanes are significantly stronger; when Mundo invaded at Xin's blue without the knowledge that Xin was there and without his lanes present, that was a massive turning point. Free double buffs and a kill for Xin early-ish can be devastating. I applaud the idea and the timing of it - I just think the execution of it was off.

STOP DIVING ASHE/JANNA WHEN ASHE HAS ARROW UP PLZ

Not much happened beyond then that was worth commenting on; some plays were made, none of them particularly notable, Xin managed to get back into the game and Vayne got fed enough that there was pretty much no way that blue could win that if red played it 100%.

tl;dr the early blue advantage was broken by unnecessary risks. TSM succeeds with heavy pressure off of early advantages in tournaments because of their sense of when it is and isn't possible for them to do things - the amount of aggressive play that I've seen lately that fails to understand this is staggering.

Game 2:

You need to be very careful in the early stages vs Shaco - wait until you see him somewhere to be aggro in-lane when he has his red buff or you will pay for it quite severely.

Lack of ward coverage on bot lane on blue side would have been damning had ashe not dc'd. Instead blue gets a kill on Shaco that they probably shouldn't have gotten.

No wards in mid while losing lane that hard is massively problematic - the vision it gives to you and especially to your team is what allows you to do damage control instead of just feeding.

Still no wards in bot vs fed shaco = bot lane gets double killed. Pretty simple.

Incredibly tight game played by red team up until the 25 minute mark or so - slightly less so after that. Not sure if it was a lack of seriousness from the fact that your Shaco/Annie were ridiculously fed, but the play in the first half was incredibly impressive whereas the play in the second half was incredibly sloppy and hard to watch.

Watch when you are tanking baron, Cait died to baron alone pretty much in that teamfight over there. That pretty much sealed the deal 100% - blue had regained a chance of winning prior to that but lost it off of forcing baron while they were still behind.

final point - in-houses like this would be actually castable without just being entirely dull

I was not the only one that would rather not have had you enter into a spec slot, regardless of having one open or not.

No offense, sir, but you can be kind of condescending and it's sometimes unpleasant to deal with. Some scummers avoid playing with others. Personality clashes and whatnot.

Besides, drop-in spec exists, as you said, so I don't see the issue here.

and therein lies the rub

tell me the problem you have with me, take me off your friends list, etc

if people have problems with me speccing them then they should remove my ability to do so instead of trying to make it seem all teehee let's keep him from doing so harhar

i was told by people-i-won't-name-to-avoid-getting-them-in-trouble that at least one of you was wondering how i even found out about them, so yeah, you guys really didn't want me there and i'd like to know why

diplomatic!pie is an interesting twist

thanks for being the only honest one, no clue how i was going to be so unpleasant to deal with in a spec slot that i wasn't casting from but w/e critical logic error

The inhouses started because we had two separate groups of 5s. We went with those, and I made a game that was not passworded and kicked everyone not previously involved since randoms were joining. Including you, yes. It's not like I drove to your house and cut off your internet so you couldn't spec, so it wasn't a huge personal attack like you're making it out to be.

In the meantime, we're clogging the thread. If you'd like to move discussion elsewhere, including PM, I'd be happy to oblige, but I'm not spamming this thread with silly drama.

[pedit] I can't tell if you're being incredibly sarcastic or what

Okay.
You're an awful caster who spends more time shit-talking, making irrelevant jokes or going completely off-topic a la Tasteless in GSL casts.
This derives largely from your arrogance and "I'M THE BEST LISTEN TO ME YOU GUYS SUCK COMPARED TO THE GOD THAT IS JDODGE" self-image.
Your "analysis" of games largely boils down to "you suck, you suck, you suck, this is how I would have been totally awesome."
You treat any and all criticism like a joke at best, and at worst you do your best to create drama out of it.
The fact that you
were
kicked should indicate to you that these are not opinions I and Pie are alone in holding.

nah, that's reasonable, and i had no expectations of being in a spec slot in that one - i was testing the waters to see if i'd get kicked or not, hoping i'd at least get an explanation beforehand (and if not, then i knew there was a problem somewhere)

u still mad bro?

in all seriousness i'm glad to oblige you since you've been for some reason deciding to be a massive prick because i dared to say that people who held an opinion in the past no longer held an opinion in a song contest thread ages ago which clearly means that there is a conspiracy against you

my casting style in most games revolves around attempting to make uninteresting games interesting; there's no point in playing things 100% and completely straight in a means-nothing game with nothing at stake - for a good example of me seriousmode!casting, please look up vods (if they still exist, twitch has been horrible at keeping my vods lately) of me casting with elmo and/or watch me on sunday

i am glad that i am being compared to tasteless, note how he is massively successful - i wouldn't mind that in the least

my analysis of games largely boils down to me making bullet points - if people want my reasoning, they can ask for it, no point in me making massive paragraph upon paragraph posts of bullshitting

i treat criticism as valid when it is valid; people saying i wasn't serious enough casting a game i wasn't trying to cast seriously is not a criticism i can address beyond saying that i wasn't casting the game seriously - people tend to react poorly to me outright saying that i don't care what they think when they're not thinking anything that i should care about, and i'm perfectly fine with that. i'm not going to waste my time trying to get people to like me because quite frankly it's a waste of my time and energy to make friends with people i would never, ever be friends with in the first place. it's the same reason i've been completely antagonistic with you - you decided to start making attacks on my accomplishments and my integrity for no real reason other than i had an opinion that i stated that differed from yours, and that is where i decided that you were no longer worth my civility

the fact that i was kicked is probably as pie says and i believe it when he says so as i respect the fact that he was the only person to outright say what was going on instead of just coming across like a giggling little clique in the corner

Drama aside
Shanba I asked you this
and you tried to explain
but I still don't understand

when playing AD carry
when do you save up for a BF sword vs buying multiple doran's blades?
what is the logic behind these choices?
AD carry is my worst role
how does I right click? D:

I think if you can stay in lane long enough to just get a BF sword then you should just get a BF sword. Dorans blades help you early so if you are being more aggressive or are falling behind they are better. Thats my limited understanding anyway.

I usually get 2 Dorans Blades + Vamp Scepter regardless, since it's actually pretty rare that I can afford a BF Sword straight up. Usually I only get a BF Sword if I don't feel I need the extra base stats from Dorans Blades, as in the lane is almost a complete stomp.

I don't know, I just don't find rushing items without Dorans Blades first very strong.
