First off, wtf is he voting me?
The
1st reason provided is in Post 253 where you place your vote on me based on my activity level over the 4th of july holiday period and state that you know I'm capable of more if I was town. So basically you vote is based on activity level and meta....and we have never played together before that I am aware of. So one crap reason and one fabricated/unsubstatianted reason. That is scummy.
The 2nd reason provided is
my lack of willingness to take a stand. What are you basing willingness on? Another intangible tell that you've concocted based on your gut. Or is it tangible? Is it based on having votes in play? How many times votes have been switched? WTF are you basing
"willingness to take a stand"
on? Are you a fan of tunneling?
Finally...in
Post 281 you close off with the reasoning that
I'm not showing any signs of life or that I care to find scum.
The signs of life comment sounds like an effort to push a lynch on someone based on the frequency of their posts (again). Everyone knows this is not indicative of scum or town. It is however scummy to push tells that are not indicative of scum or town (ie Derpy is scummy). I've giving reasons for my activity level leading up to your 1st reason. As for whether or not I care about scum hunting...you are in no position to assume what I do or do not think in regards to scum hunting. Everyone scum hunts differently and every scum tries to hide their scumminess differently. Your way is not necessarily the right way (unless you have a 100% success rate as town...doubtful) and your suspicions seem in large part to be based strictly on your opinion. Not on actions or comments themselves (because if those were clear more people would agree with you) but rather based on the fact because you choose to interpret those actions or comments as scummy. You might as well just say based on gut with every suspicion you assign because that's all they seem to be based on. I also note that when you made this comment both your votes were on 2 of the 3 players who had votes not in play (me and D3f). Seriously....your scum rational is pants. Were Phillamon or matias scumhunting at this time?
And now of course there are the added suspicions you are pushing based on my hammer of Phil. At least the hammer is tangible. Regarding my hammer and your comments in

1. My point stands...he had time to make three posts after he was put at L-1...he had time to claim. No claim = his bad.
2. You don't have to buy my excuse but you can feel free to kiss my ass. Anyone who has played in more than a few games with me (of which I assume you are not...unless you are an Alt) knows that I keep my own running track of votecounts. I do not typically pay attention to the mod's vc's and I do not compare mine to the mod's unless I have reason to. I did not notice my count was different from his other than in the VC's where he had me listed improperly as I point out to him in
Post 286 and
Post 281 in
Post 196. And HTH do you know whether I am observant or not? for the most part I think that is a true statement but I question your ability to know it. Back to the accidental hammer...it's the first time I've done that in my 3+ years on this site but as my intent was to lynch Phil....I'm not too bothered about it.

3. Your opinion. I do not disagree entirely...but if a player is at L-1 for almost 2 days and has ample opportunity to claim...that's on him...no one requires permission to claim. And I did see mafia's coment about hammering and claiming but as I had the votecount at L-2 and not L-1 I was not bothered about putting my own vote down. I will say that if I hadn't missed Code's vote on Phil I would have delayed hammering him until he could claim.
4. I did not see your comments wrt inte in your "spoiler" at the time I made the observation.
And how have my reactions since I hammered Phil not been what you would expect from town?

Dery's case on me is crap and based on no substance...in fact the focus of it appears to based on lack of substance. I'll look at his gameplay that doesn't involve me when I get the chance.
