a) Everything I've stated in this thread is based on red posts in that Stealth Rework thread (Eve's stealth now basically being a permanent Smoke of Deceit from Dota 2, she now has wider AoE on Hate Spike and an AoE AP ultimate that adds a "durability steroid"; Twitch is now basically a standard AD with a much shorter stealth with no reason to build anything but the usual AD shit)
