point 1) its a remote possibility. but seeing as scum have a lot of control over the system, arugula could have hammered you so that one of you could get towncred from the other's flip.
point 2) Both of you have done scummy shit. from my POV you more than him. His hammer is bad. But that doesn't make everything you did disappear.
