With one eye on your game, you're hastily finishing off some work. You briefly check your computer screen to find that your IM client has erupted with incoming messages. It turns out that a player has quit after being abused over a sudden poor word choice -- in her game, that is. Apparently, she played ****** when ****** landed more valuable tiles on the double and triple letter scores. She claims she finds it personally wrong to spell such a hateful word, but everyone else insists that she should be playing to win. A brief, nasty argument ensued and Lady Lambdadelta left the chat.

You can't see what all the fuss is about. Maybe she was bullied over her hair colour as a kid.

Has he tried turning it off and on again? Has he tried resetting it? Has he tried restoring the firmware? Yes. You sigh. It must be a hardware problem, then. You thank him for playing, and advise him to get his phone to a store as soon as possible. You curse your opponents, and distractedly shuffle the tiles in your rack.

It can't be long now before games start ending. Not one of your opponents has yet been defeated. You get the feeling it's make or break time.

Any player in this game is capable of getting the letters L and S and then using them to steal.

I lied and said I was going to share when in reality I was very much going to steal.

So I looked through the playerlist and the obvious NK became apparent. As not to let Peregrinne's letters go to waste, I stole from him and he died.

I now contain Pere's letters.

So, letter stealing is not only scum capable. JUST as letter copping is not only town capable. You easily could be scum attempting to make me look bad.

I was lying about sharing, but I wasn't lying about the benefits of pooling resources to create a more powerful player. I also stole from a person who was pretty much guaranteed to die unless protected. Which obviously he wasn't.

He did however have a nice assortment of letters that would've really sucked to have been thrown away.

Also, AV, in hindsight vijay was a good choice but do you disagree with me stealing from Pere? There isn't anything I can do to change that I stole from Pere. Telling me I made a bad choice seems counterproductive.
