What post was this? I remember somebody saying that if Noc was scum, scum would have put the executioner on him so he could be saved or something of that sort, but I think that's bull. I don't think scum choose which defendant goes where, instead they're given a defendant and then choose an executioner. That is what the Nocmen-town argument was right?
