Basically this:

You send me 3 bands you want to play as, each with a "main performance song"

I put something like "Mafia PR, Mafia Weak PR, Mafia Goon, Mafia Goon, Mafia Goon, Strong Town PR, Protective town PR, Vt, VT" into random.org with players

I match up the players to their respective role, then use the band's songs (not the main one) to determine an "encore" song which represents your Power (ex: Green Day's "Know your enemy" was Cop power in a previous game, Muse's "Resistance" was doctor in a previous game)

Then, if you get lynched, I write up a dramatic death flavor with the lyrics to the song you chose for the main performance song.

Its fun, you get at least some control over the game. I'm just not for sure if I can generate enough interest to do it again or not, it looks like most of my usual band mafia players have left the site.

In case you're still interested in running this, you're willing to have a player in with only one game of experience under her belt and it won't start before the 1st of September, I'd love to play!

Ah, never mind. Upon reading the previous game I realized that any Large games would be way over my head right now. However, if you ever intend to run this again somewhere next year (maybe half a year after this), I would absolutely love to play!

Key Party Mafia

Takes place at a motel in the middle of nowhere. A group of couples have gathered for a week of fun and games (orgies and partner swaps). Days take place in the lobby. Nights take place in rooms that people have drawn keys for.

Rooms with two people may night talk. Most likely ~half the people end up in the orgy room and are too "busy" to talk.

Haven't forgotten this idea from long, long ago. Not sure I'm looking to mod any time soon, but have been fiddling with a few ideas.

Anyone interested in running this idea want to flesh it out with me (or just develop it with me and we'll find a mod later).

Mafia in the Mansion/Haunted Mansion Mafia

(Which ones sounds catchier?)

Based on the popular Mishmash game, sans the HP mechanic.

Takes place in a mansion divided into four to six main zones (rooms), and a courtyard, where the days' lynches will take place. You can move around before the day's lynch (Day phase), and after the day's lynch (Evening phase), but you sleep where you were last positioned at in the evening for the night (Night phase). Planning on having variable roles that change in effectiveness depending on what room you are currently in.

Mid-sized game (15-21P), possible vanilla-less (That'd take more time to make though).
