The mod does not indicate which night. Because SC did not die, i felt the need to claim and that Panda was guilty. I also misinterpreted the role by that assumption.

Tell me how it's wrong? He was not on Jury duty nights 1 or 2. Night 3 he voted SC. SC did not die. Therefore Ser Panda killed someone at night.

I think if the scum do in fact have the power to override the Judge / Jury / Executioner, it's far more likely that they're limited to substituting in a different Defender but retaining the original Guilty / Not Guilty decision. It would be too OP otherwise. You were stupid enough to out today before checking someone else on last night's jury to see whether your theory was absolute crap, which I must say I think it is.

I'm much more preferring Blood's explanation so far. Additionally, my town read on Panda was kind of shattered when MoS was revealed to be judge, as I felt some of his posts hinted towards him being the judge.

The Jury is made of random players who get a QT and can sentence the defendant to death with a simple majority, otherwise he is acquitted.

Defendants, Judge and Executioner are not called up for jury duty.

Wraithchild is probably town if KoC is town. I don't see scum flying in and going apeshit over KoC being made executioner while knowing he's town. I actually asked to die in my defence statement. In my opinion, the town has nothing to gain by ever deciding a defendant is Not Guilty (unless their defence statement shows

without a doubt

that they're town). We send people up as defendants because we think they're mafia. Every town player who has to decide the fate of a defendant during the Deliberation Phase should respect the opinions of the collective town, and vote their charge Guilty.

Plus I knew surviving the Night would just see me hammered again the following day.
