To give a fuller description this game is split/role motive, which has rather been underutilised in modern times as a mechanic, which means that roles and motives are given seperately making roles unquestionbly null, allowing players to focus on the more skill-based game rather than getting distracted by distracting tangents that distract. This mechanic also has the advantage over Smalltown of keeping the focus unflinchingly on the day game and also allowing a broader range of ideas.

People should mod split role/motive games more, but those who can't mod, play.

As well as that the mechanic that the game gets its name from is the fact that certain players have charges (+/-) that interact in a simple to understand way to limit options thus allowing for a more day-based game where the scum lack the ability to just coast compared to other games.

This is why:

As a general rule, I will attempt to keep at least one Open/Normal and one Theme game in signups at all times.

Chain of Command is an Open setup, yes, but if you go through Hoopla's opinion of it elsewhere, you'll see sh classifies it as wacky/experimental.
