Did not happen, we have never worked on a level wherein any one member of the team has power to kick other members (we get along well enough now that it's definitely not a necessity to have someone "in charge" and we take equal stake).

For my part, I definitely wanted to play again. The fairest thing after game 1 would have been to swap me for Bianca so she could support for blue and I could fill in a role for purple.

We were having a bad night. I'm not the sort of person that holds onto grudges for long periods of time anymore (there are very few things that I find to be absolutely abhorrent that I am not willing to forgive at all easily, #1 of which being disloyalty); it was something we could work through (and did) and fix and it was easy to do so. Chalk it up to frustration with how things were going. You do, however, have the facts somewhat wrong:

1. The matter was not attitude, the matter was abandonment of the team during a practice
2. My personal assumption was that BBM was quitting, not that we were getting rid of him (although I did, at the time of the discussion, feel that getting rid of him was a possibility, but like I said that was a frustration of the moment thing)

We made a second ranked team (ONM NA) when we transitioned our team from an international one (original lineup was Shanba/Patrick/me/BBM/peg) to a solely NA based one in order to practice more often.

tl;dr conduct was probably poor, people shouldn't have played if they didn't feel like it (if you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen), and the most important point of why panzer is wrong re:hypocrisy (the fact that we specifically stated being against being a dick to your

Speaking of that, I'm not sure if it gets more "tryharding" combined with "its just an inhouse" than having a go4lol tournament team botlane against random MS.

This would be a great point that I'd totally concede except for two things:
1) peg was playing AD Ziggs
2) I was playing roaming Blitzcrank and wasn't actually bot lane much

I dunno, I had a great time in both games cuz I got to play fun herpes I never get to play anymore (game 1 was jungle Yi!). And there was plenty of shittalking from both sides in game 1, I dunno why anyone would act like it was suddenly taboo to do it game 2? You're playing with friends, elbowing your buddy in the ribs is perfectly ok behavior; it's when you do it to strangers that you cross a line.

And yeah I accused the other guys of tryharding before during and after Game 1 because we lost before during and after Game 1 and that's what you do. Or you could complain about your computer screen going black, that works too. If you really wanted to make the argument (and I think Q seriously was maybe) you could look at their teamcomp and say it was really really traditional compared to ours but I at least was never really serious about it.

P.S. From what I was told after champ select Game 2, the other team's issues weren't with us but rather with one of their players taking a role already called and thus dramas.
