I personally used to go 9/21/0 on Fiddle rather then 9/0/21, utility tree is pretty useless except for the neutral buff duration.

It's mostly for the summoner cooldown (15% cdr on flash on top of 15 sec earlier is really good, just generally the stuff below it isn't worth it). Further, 6% cdr really helps and the extra experience for someone who scales mostly on levels is kinda nice if you can't gank early. The earlier you are at 6, the better your chances, the bigger your window of opportunity to win the game for your team.

Defensive tree... if you do it right you won't get low in jungle, and in lane you fear/lifesteal the major thread. It speeds up your jungle, and makes you a much stronger duelist. life for an attacker becomes a lot harder if fiddle is permanently draining him. With all this you started out with 16% cdr from runes and masteries. Together with blue that's already enough to practically chain your lv2 drains. So if there is a guy invading you at red, you can stand and fight for a little (which is also why you take your pot), and if the champion is too strong you still can hold out for a little, meaning your lanes have time to react and get something good out of it.

Further, cdr stays relevant, tankiness less. Having flash up when you use your ult improves the chances of your ult to be succesful by a lot. Having more ults makes you function better. Having more frequent fears in the midgame skirmishes can be really powerful.

Re CDR: Def tree gives gives .45% CDR per level, Util tree gives a flat 6%. Def tree passes Util at lvl 13.
Re Ult: I almost never used Crowstorm when ganking, I've won multiple games without ever using it. So rushing to 6 isn't something I care about. -shrug-
Re Other Stuff: Fiddle can jungle fine without a blue with Def tree which gives him a lot more flexability.
Re Other other stuff: 36+6 hp,+3% life,10% tenacity, 6 armor and 4 damage reduction make fiddle much tougher during ganks / invades and def mastery turns smite into a gold/10 quint.

I love PEG, getting the Oracles.
Had a recent game as support, went through 3 oracles (my team REALLY needed them) and we had a mummy and a monkey on our team who hadn't died at all, I asked one of them to please get oracles and they just ignored me. :I
Won that game anyway, but still. Junglers who get oracles = all of my love.

Going against an Elise mid has made me want to avoid mid until she gets the inevitable nerfs. Free escapes with rappel, tons of damage, and her stun seems to have a bigger hitbox than the actual particle which makes jukes awkward.

idk, the only issue I have when going mid vs her is rappel - her damage ain't all that good compared to other mids and she only has one skill that should be usable in trades

IMO she needs a buff more than a nerf if anything. Anyone that thinks she's OP just needs to learn how she works, such as playing her for instance.
KoC is literally the only person I've ever seen to say she needs nerfs. Everyone else just complains about how shit she is. (One of my friends even refunded her after playing 5 games with her and winning them...)

People need to recognize she has two % based damage skills for a total cost of 60 mana, every 6 seconds. so 460 base damage along with 8% current health and 8% missing health for 60 mana, every 6 seconds.
