There was all that discussion about how Professor Paragon is kind of egotistical and seems like he's keeping permanent Scummies... so why not this? The term EGOT is commonly used to refer to someone who has won an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony award. It's considered a rare accomplishment. Vi has won so many awards that he kind of fits the bill for a MafiaScum version of an EGOT, and the fact that he's self-admittedly very egotistical (didn't he nominate himself for a Scummie last year?) means we can play on the "ego" part of EGOT.

Metatron is a more eye catching title, I think. I prefer that one.

Again, that is if you felt the need to change an existing title that has already been well established as fitting the user in question.
