tolerate lurking in my games and that if you flake, you will never play in one of my games again. Instead, post V/LA when you're aware you'll have limited access, and replace out if you want to drop the game.

^This is especially important. Tactical lurkers take note: you'll have to be even more tactical than usual if you don't want to be force replaced.
I like my players to be active.
