Isn't this irritating Iecerint for nothing, though? I'm not sure what TH's intent is.

Just about every newer scum player does this because it is their number 1 priority to not get voted and doing what other people tell them, regardless of whether they would ordinarily think it's a good idea or smart or is the right play to make as town, will give the other person less of a reason to vote them.

Thunderhog's not doing it to make a point
he's not voting because he thinks it's what he SHOULD be doing
he's doing it because someone else TOLD him to and he doesn't want to piss them off and get voted or get attention because of it.

I agree. I want him to answer my question first before I decide to vote tho.

What was the purpose of this question? (You never followed up on it and it looks like a question just literally for the sake of it, since I thought my stance on individual hydra members was pretty clear)

No it isn't. Why would you think it's "rather difficult to believe"?

Isn't the definition of a hydra the fact that there is more than one person using that single account? How is it that all of them have to have the same exact V/LA time? Just doesn't make sense to me.

I know you said random reads but why Nacho? And why is he the only ones scumhunting? Why is he scumhunting to begin with?

Did you not read posts 1754-75? Long, elaborate posts with not a single ounce of fluff. Not hiding a thing and giving detailed reads on a decent majority of the main posters.

Vote: Zoid

Why did you unvote in the first place?

Because after the Zoid-splosion that took place God-only-knows how many pages back, he actually started calming down and making sense of things. However, he hasn't really done anything really scummy since - I replaced my vote using precedents.

Why are you acquiescing to Iecerint?

Is there not a little icon under his name that says, "Best Town Performance"? I figured one isn't simply handed that title, so I simply thought that if someone with that title told me to do something where could I go wrong in following it?

Now, I know that that title has absolutely nothing to do with his current alignment, however what harm could come from following a simply command such as that? One that can be undone just as quickly as it was done...

I honestly considered replying to the comment with, "No." However, I figured that that would put me under even more criticism and suspicion than simply complying.

Also, in regards to you guys getting all buttsore over it - like I said, can just as quickly be undone.

The above comment extends to Gamma too. You can take your "TH IS SCUM" posts and stick em' in your ass.

On a personal note
: I'm getting lost in the gigantic pile of BS that is the game thread. I feel absolutely no motivation to read through it, cuz I know that there will just be 8-10 more pages of nearly useless posts the next time I get to read through. It's been getting a little better as of the past day or so - only 2-3 pages which was completely reasonable. However, as for going back and actually digging through the shithole that I now call the game thread, I simply just can't bring myself to do it.

I like to think that I'm participating more than some people, but maybe that's where I'm truly making my mistakes.

Not gonna lie, that last one made me laugh.

Based on your very own logic, if anyone were to "acquiesce" (as Zoidy so kindly put it) these requests, they should be attacked and voted for simply because someone else told them to do it - and if you're gonna tell me that it's a contextual issue, in that case EVERYTHING comes down to a fuckin' contextual issue and you're an idiot for suggesting it.

So, enlighten me o' seeker of scum, what's the difference?

One is them asking people to vote for someone. The other is you voting because you're told to.

Secondly, you already admitted you have absolutely no reason for voting; you just did it because "best town performance" told you to. There's a difference between that and joining a wagon if your reads are in agreement.

I am lacking in motivation and direction right now, someone please give me something to do by the end of the day to help me regain effort.

Go find a nice quiet room and then punch yourself in the face for 10 minutes. Then come back and join a wagon.

Well I figure that my vote on you among numerous other votes on you would constitute a wagon but I guess not.

Well when you consider how only two other people have more than 3 votes on them then 3 votes kinda counts as a wagon.

That's my line of thinking right now, and the reason I didn't vote her. As I said before, the SK-hunting tell was a little iffy when I posted about it, because even though she seems to have pegged who she thinks are the third parties... she hasn't really "gone after" them.

In Gay Mafia, she hounded NS relentlessly.

I disagree that you're third party, though I do believe when you say you can only hammer.

I've got more to say but you'll all just have to wait till I get home from The Hobbit tomorrow night.

So, you unvote because he is less scummy. You admit he hasn't been scummy since then. And then you revote because a player who once got a "Best Town Performance" award says so?
