"What about the watermelon?" ~Oscar Wilde

If it's 3-3 Hogan would have to be purple. Hogan has been on 1 scum wagon, and that was Joyce's, while Joyce was also voting him, and he was late on that wagon. Shaft has been on every single scum lynch, and absolutely no town lynches. He's been early an orange and a purple and late on an orange and a purple. It didn't occur to him to vote Hogan until Spinning Paper made the case, which suggests that he was really curious about what happened. I believe that Shaft got no fruit, and unless somebody what happened to the fruit, it's looking like Hogan. There's one possibility for him to be town that I can see, that being that there's a Nexus, scum got the fruit, and is now withholding that fruit from the rest of us to push a mislynch on a humble fruit vendor.

That's kind of a longshot.

VOTE: Hogan

If it's 3-3, and with my horrible analysis, it comes down to something like:

Purple scum are one of: TS Eliot, James, Hogan, Kaufman, Wilde

Orange scum are one of: Spinning Paper, Rucks, Shaft, Danielewski

Dani and Rucks are strong town reads for me, leaving Eliot, Jame, Hogan, and Wilde for purple.

Kaufman is town leaving Shaft and Paper for orange.

It can't. That was ridiculously genuine. He would have shut up as scum

I must say I see Mr. Shaft and Mr. Danielewski as Town, and have done for some while.
I have some choice words for another, however.

Mr. Poe, you certainly ask quite a lot of questions. Why should you then fail to answer such? I have read your works all up and down for an answer, but unfortunately I did not see a single one.

Do I dare
Disturb the universe?

I do, and this of course
Means Mr. Poe might answer this-
Or multiply suspiciousness.

Vote: Mr. Poe
There is no method but to be very intelligent.

OOC: Straight up, out of everybody Poe listed as possible scum, the only one I'm willing to vote right now is Hogan. Also, what did you mean by that last Poe?

He was off-base a few times, but he also called all of the dead scum pretty early in the game.

I understand I am voting the man, but I am having trouble understanding something, and perhaps thou can be of assistance. Why would Mr. Hogan claim to have targeted someone if he knew 100% that the man did not got it (assuming he took the shot last night for his team and he can't take both actions at the same time). I mean, only the fact that he relies on us believing he got roleblocked or some other shenanigans?

OscarWilde wrote:Also, what did you mean by that last Poe?

All in due time. Perhaps today. Perhaps another day.

OOC: Also, one thing to note: 4:4:16 is scum overpowered, especially considering that every criminal has flipped a power role. However, 3:3:18 is generally townsided, I believe (unless most of the town is VTs and the scums are loaded with powers?). I am toying with the idea of traitors belonging on each 3 man team, but do not think it exists in the game.

(Another crackpot theory is 3:3:1:17, with the SK being able to shoot regularly, however the scumteams rotate odd/even.)

But alas, enough attempting at outguessing our gracious host now.

ooc i know im doing shaft really shitty lately, sorry. I trust paper has something on hogan as he did on sniicks. I believe hogan to be with snicket due to his hesitant reaction about whether to vote. Also, it seems like joyce's team has had something on phelps/hogan for a while. That said, and (kinda) due to him not unvoting, I find Poe likely to be with Joyce's team BUT I would like to reread when I'm not relying on my phone to come online. Joyce also commented about Poe being innocentata or some shit like that.....as for me: I'm not nexus, and I'm not being a dick to get hogan lynched. I'm sure paper has an actual result which is why I'm not claiming but I would say it's safe for me to claim if need be - not that it makes a difference since hogan's action did not target me.

I confirm Charlie's magnanimous gift.

Being a thinking Being, I had not used it.

I did last night, but see no point in naming names unless they are about to be lynched.

Also, yes, I neighborized Danielski I think n2 or 3. It became active the following night. Not a ton of discussion, but reads and thoughts on players are exchanged, and generally agreed upon.

Want to hear from Hogan regarding his missing fruit.

I got mod clarification that the poisoned person will die at the end of the following night, not day. Meaning God's poison target will die at the end of N6. I don't know if there will be flavor for it, and honestly, I'd much prefer if God claimed his target now. Nothing can stop them from dying if they are already poisoned, and if they are a power role that needs to claim results or something, I'd like to hear from them before they are offed on the chance that God was wrong.

God claiming who he poisoned also gives us the chance to lock him into a claim early on the off chance God is scum, then he can't claim a NK target as one of his own.

And yeah, power role claiming, etc.

His target is known, but considering this is a person in no risk of being NK'd by scum, I have no issues with it being outed before Night.

The SITUATION is foggy. We could be in either 8-2-2 or 10-1-1. To be in 10-1-1 means that we have a scum fruit vendor, well almost means . . . We have fruit vendor who didn't hand something out last night, on a night when there were two kills. To believe that he is town, is to believe that he was role-blocked, that scum can kill and role-block in the same night, and that they'd have used the role-block on him. This seems rather unlikely, but it certainly falls between the zero and the one. Nonetheless, I am sure that Hogan is an acceptable lynch.

Untangling the player list a task that will need to be undertaken with great care. For now relying on guts and memory and thinking about claims, I would not vote for Charlie Kaufmann, Spinning Paper,Mark Z. Danielewski. Also:
Spoiler: spoiler
Poe 115 means Poe is not orange.

Snicket 156 probably didn't unvote Austen to bus Poe, so Poe's not purple.

God 165 - attacking Snicket and Shakespeare. He's probably not purple.

God 215 - Prob not orange.

Shakespeare 424 prob. not bussing.

Same with Joyce 428.

Shaft isn't orange cause of how he attacked Joyce.

I doubt Joyce is bussing Phelps in 544.

I'm getting lazy now. If you want me to justify something, I'll do it.

So with this I am left thinking that the orange scum lies in Oscar Wilde, Rucks, EL James; while the purple scum lies in Shaft, EL James, Rucks, Hulk Hogan. I could be persuaded to vote for Hogan today, but

Ooc :

I dont know what you expect me to claim regarding the missing fruit. I fruited shaft, and that's the best I can tell you.

I must admit I am against any plan that involves lynching me, but hell, I'm half assing. This game as it is and if my swinging helps weed out the scum, then fuck it, we probably have a mislynch or two anyway.

Ill post more tonight, and ill even make it in character. I wanna make good and damn sure I leave a paper trail so you can figure out who the scum are from here.
In short, sit on your thumbs, I'll be back layer.
