I think I pointed out exactly where I felt you made erroneous conclusions during the game, in particular with respect to penguin. I don't recall what other reads you had this game.

Well I think I can give an advice. In this particular game, I insisted that kmd was scum whereas Majiffy insisted that uct was scum. I didn't care to read his case for a long time until at some point I finally agreed to as long as he pointed out exactly which posts to read. Once I had read it, I too was convinced that uct was scum.

Point is that by merely reading the game more carefully, I would have done a whole lot better. I think this applies to many people. Once you have made a read, you're very reluctant to change it and may because of this overlook a lot of important posts because you'll begin to read the game "selectively". Makes sense?

Bork I do understand that feeling well, there are times when I really doubt myself too. I know I have improved since my first game, but depending on who I am playing with, sometimes I still feel like the newest of the new. Keep playing games, listen to your intuition. get a feel for those who you have played with before, and most of all--win or lose--have fun with it.
