Homeless man found dead

A homeless man was found dead in West Baltimore today. The man has been identified as Reginald "Bubbles" Cousins. He was found at 7pm on Thursday the 3rd. Police have identified the cause of death as strangulation. The "Barksdale Organisation" are believe to have been involved in the death. The Baltimore Police Department declined to comment at the suggestion "Bubbles" had been working with them in the recent inquiries. Our reporter was met with stoney silence when trying to investigate the issue. The only comment recieved was "Don't rat and you won't get got. Didn't he see what they be doin' here? They got Gant already. He was crazy. Probably wanted money for a fix", from a woman who wished to remain anonymous.

Yesterday, Saturday the 8th at 2am Lester Freamon - an officer of Baltimore Police Department was found murdered. The city is said to be in shock over what has happened. Police Commisioner Frazier is said to be "up in arms" and has vowed to get justice for Freamon and his family. Freamon was a long serving officer and colleagues described him as "smart, funny with a heart of gold".

A man believed to have ties with the Barksdale Organisation has been arrested. The man known simply as "Rico" by his friends was arrested in a raid on the projects last night. The man was found with large quantities of drugs and a 9mm pistol on him. The Police department have pledged that this will be the first of many ways in which the criminals of the city will face jutice in the coming month.

So umm, right off a skim yesterday after the lynch, I noticed these, which mildy don't look good for Zdenek.

So despite Jason having a Town read on Zdenek slot he sure is going out of his way to make sure it looks scummy.

As far as Z's claim, I think I've talked myself into just believing it. It seems a really unwise role to fake claim anyway because at most it will buy him a couple days. So, I'm not worrying about it right now; it will sort itself out in the coming days

In ADWD, Faraday gave one of the scum factions a traitor who knew the other three scum in that faction; they didn't know the identity of their traitor, but they knew a player with that role name existed and was recruitable. Probably something similar this game?

So TGAH's flip seems to point pretty strongly to Jason and Nostrodeus not being Police -- TGAH seemed pretty serious about trying to get both of them lynched -- but we probably can't clear anybody on the grounds that they voted for or claimed to suspect TGAH. We haven't had time to check connections with absta yet, obviously.

Pretty confident that at least one of SAD and CDB is scum, actually. TGAH's flip has strengthened our scum-reads on both of them. Zar's IMing me via his mobile at the minute, so a fuller post might have to wait until he can get to a computer.
