Right, so I need a lot of practice in laning top and bot now. That, or just stop playing Draven. Either works.

Hecarim seems to attract all the douchebags...
I've played with three this morning, and all three were huge ragers.

Hecarim is going to go down hard, was hoping I could ride him to one more promotion before the fire caught and he gets the reactionary nerf.
He's up to 17% pick and 52% win this week in NA ranked.

God damn it I knew this was too good to be true, the FOTM junglers are supposed to be Vi Xin J4, leave my horse man alone!
I've been playing around with other junglers trying to find the next big thing, but they all suck compared to the hooves.

edit: smoke em while you've got em

The 17% pick is closing in on spectacular, it's over 20% in plat and will trickle down as more and more featured games and streamers are showing him, just look at the numbers creep up over the past 2 weeks. The good news is the win rate will go down as the pick rate goes up, the bad news is I've noticed sometimes I have to fight for him now, when for the past couple weeks nobody wanted to jungle and nobody had heard of hecarim.

if the win rate goes down he's not winning anymore. And 17% isn't spectacular either. Then there's a whole list of champions which would be spectacular.

Listen man feel free to ignore the trend and hope it passes by without any more notice, we don't have to argue about numbers.
He's my favorite champ and I just want to keep on being able to play him.

I'm not quite sure what you mean. I haven't played fiddle in a long time, mostly running around as sion with a mejai's lately.

EDIT: ooh, never mind, I get it. You are coming out to save your buddy. Your buddy is fine without you Panzer. He's a big boy.

In fairness: 17% of picks is pretty big, that's nearly 1 in 5 games with a Hecarim and doesn't include bans. However, a 52% win rate is nearly ideally balanced, so I wouldn't expect to see him get a huge nerfbat strike. So lil g can keep playing his horse, and myk is still right that his win rate isn't OMG IMBA level. And Panzer can keep quiet because Fiddle's ult is one of those things that really should be broken by suppression/silence/stun but isn't, so it's a fair mistake to make once or twice.

All the guides I can find on Alistair are Season 2 and a couple updated for Season 3 Jungling (which I've read is a little silly without Runes, so...)

How should I be looking to play him? I've played 3 games bottom, 1 without any Support (the tool I think was s'posed to be support had connection problems...and was an asshole) and a game Mid.

The in-game Recommended items for him seem mostly Support-ish, but I don't get that feel. He seems like a 'hold the lane and engineer a gank opportunity for a roamer and push the lane when leveled' sort of champ.

Mid Cow was really popular for a long time until his ratios got the blender.

Honestly at the low levels you can really just put whatever champion wherever so since everyone is basically learning how to play the game at the same time and Meta isn't going to do you much good.
or something like that....

He's a support. He's a protect my AD carry/fuck the other ad carry up during a gank support champ. You play him botlane duo'd with an AD carry like Miss Fortune. Jungling is the other way to play him.

But honestly all this goes out the window if you are playing legit sub 30 games(not smurf matchmaking) I could see him trying to farm and then build something like Tri-force and becoming a bruiser. Make sure to pick up a philosopher stone if you're splitting farm. He also has some serious kill lane potential.

Also, certain champions are always going to have a lot of attention because of people like SivHD who make a lot of videos with their favorite champions. (SivHD has a disproportionate amount of videos with Hecarim who is incidentally his favorite champ). Riot knows this.

Besides so far as I know Hecarim was put in his place a long while ago.
or something like that....

Do you think that bird will be hanging around the whole time, or she'd just summon it for spells? Either way they look pretty cool.

Looks like a cross between Iron Solari Leona and that ugly black Riven skin. Weird.

Akali's passive requirements were removed, they just start the game active instead of requiring a special runepage or item start.
Kind of annoying since that was really the only thing holding Akali back at the beginning of the game, definitely a buff even though the passive is slightly scaled down.

I like how there's a bird head that shoots the arbalest.

Looks cool. Might buy the bundle just to be one of the few who play her the first week.
They have escaped into the mansion where they thought it was safe.
